Terrible terrible terrible.
There are so many things wrong with this place.
Try calling customer service, even corporate you can’t get any help. You jut get thrown around in a phone loop, they clearly do that purposely as they do not want to talk to you.
The employee’s working there are lazy and do not even attempt to do their work.
They claim it closes at 6, but the employee’s actually lock it up earlier. This place is a giant sham, none of the paperwork even shows that it closes at 5:45. The employee’s lock the front office door up as well as the gate.

Lost my keys and they thrown away to the dumpster by mistake. Mikiella dived in and open all the nasty trash bags until she found them. In the middle of the winter. I was blown away by the fact that she volunteered to do that. Best costumer service I’ve ever come across.
