I didn’t buy from here. Because the staff wasn’t the best. The store was also kind of scattered. So I would say, that it doesn’t have the best collection and also their prices are relatively higher. They do have the full range of whatever you’re looking for. Not bad with returns as well.

Ok so they do have sum nice clothes but you have to search for them and I mean really search. They have a mess in there! No matter what time, day or season is always messy unorganized looks absolutely like worst than a 99 cent store. Like even a 99cent store is neater lol. Ok im done now :)

This place is always crowded! And always a mess. I’ve come to expect that with most Marshalls but this place was definitely rough around the edges. I kept expecting to come across some good finds but it was a lack luster visit.

Meh. I’ve experienced better. However, this is not really a bad location to get your cheap fix for cheap goods. Honestly, deal with it. You’s in here for a reason. Quit complaining.

I came here since I was in the area and it was really messy and they didn’t have a lot of stuff.

This is the only Marshalls I’ve been to in a while and they have a lot of clothes on clearance. I always find a deal when I go there, so I give it 3 stars. I would rate it higher, but this chain is a MESS! The home décor section always looks like a hurricane hit the store, the shoes are messed up and the front section near the cashier is so disorganized, the Martha Stewart part of me wants to scream and start cleaning. They do have a great selection of clothes and shoes, at really affordable prices. They have some higher end designers too like calvin klien and ralph lauren. I don’t mind sifting through racks and racks of clothes, that part is kind of therapeutic, what I do mind is the mess in the back. It also feels like they are hugely understaffed. There are always only two or three people at cashiers and the mess looks likes it hasn’t been cleaned since the store opened.

Aside from them being real unorganized there was NOFITITNGROOM available when I went! What? Neither was there any message left for customers as to why it wasn’t open or available. Lousy service overall. Glad I didn’t waste my time buying anything here. Not my favorite most definitely… cute jeans not a big variety though.

This was a nice Marshalls at first, however I find it to now be understocked and just okay. Plus one weekend, the fitting room was closed due to them needing to change the lightbulbs, which was of course a huge inconvenience. In my lifetime I’ve never heard of this happening at a Marshalls and I’ve been to tons of Marshalls. I don’t recommend.

Their clothes racks are squished with clothes so that’s hard to pull an item off of the clothes rack and place it back on it. That in itself becomes a headache. The store has a very limited selection of dresses and suits for ladies, not sure about for guys. Nice selection of stylish ladies shoes and boots(for a Marshalls) but it didn’t look like they had a lot of sizes available for each style. I went to Marshall’s on a Tues evening around 7pm. I found one item — a jacket that was reasonably priced.(Their jacket selection was horrible, with very few items in stock. Hope they improve in the upcoming months). I got in line and wanted to faint. There were a million people in line(and this was a TUESDAY night). I was so irritated. I waited in line for 40 minutes for one little item. It really wasn’t worth it. I will NEVER shop at Marshall’s ever again at this location.(The Harlem 125th St location is equally as bad in terms of long lines). One other thing worth noting. There was almost a fight in there. People had been waiting in line forever and apparently they didn’t hear the cashier say, «Next customer, please». So someone towards the middle of the line cut the line and went to the register. The cashier knew it was wrong, but she did nothing. Then the actual next customer realized what was going on, said something to the cashier and manager and they acted like they could care less. Their attitudes were nonchalant. Hope this isn’t reflective of mgmt. Anyway, again, I’ll never be back there again!!! Whatever value I find isn’t worth the time I spend in line.
