After getting cracked at the local butcher on Long Island for $ 34/ribeye, I went on a hunt looking for a butcher with fair prices and top quality. Mission accomplished! Not only do they supply the top steakhouses in NYC, but fortunately they also have a retail business to the public where the service is A++. I had ordered 8 steaks and received an email that day from Mark stating the exact delivery date and what I should expect. The package arrived on time and beautifully packaged in ice, but 1 box of steaks was missing. I emailed Mark and the very next day they sent THEIROWN driver out with the steaks, a box of hamburgers and an apology from the driver! Total professionals. I highly encourage everyone to give these guys a shot, they are spectacular.
