The service is good however the food is another story, they can never get my coffee right! It always disgusting

Not happy with the service I went to get an espresso coffee and the lady gave me a regular cup of coffee When I got to my location I notice and couldn’t go back very disappointed with the staff not happy.

Poor service. Slow service. If you’re hungry, keep driving cause you’ll be waiting for ever.

the cashier didn’t get my order right, and wasn’t that interested on being there. didn’t ask if I wanted the food to go, or to stay. i had ordered breakfast, they’re supposed to ask you if you want cream and sugar in your coffee, or give you the orange juice option. i got neither. horrible customer service on her part. her expeditor however was good. great service on her end. the food was good. everything was hot. this location sits right across the street from the Bruckner by the Bridge building, and the Port Morris area is on it’s way up.

I live very close to this McDonalds and frequent it often because the ATM is FREE of charge. Staff for the most part are teenagers but I rather have them serving me fries & coffee than holding me up in the streets! Always friendly and they seem to enjoy there time there for the most part. Fries are always fresh and the coffee is always right! I rather get my coffee from here than Dunkin Donuts any day.

I shouldn’t be eating this stuff but hey

Last time I ate here with a group of friends of mine we enjoyed the food and the service was pretty good, pretty standard fast food.

On my way back from Woodbury Commons, I thought I was going the right way on highway 87 (Major Deegan Expy), when I went off exit 2 and then had no idea where I was going. My husband’s IPhone map was definitely not too reliable. Luckily, we saw this McDonald’s around the corner and we pulled in to our right side as soon as we left the exit ramp.
This was already around 8:30PM at night and there weren’t any cars in the McDonald’s property. I thought it was closed or something. My husband insisted to get some french fries. I didn’t want to waste time because I hate the feeling of being lost. I stayed in the car in the parking lot while I waited for him to return.
Honestly, I expected him to say McDonald’s was closed since it was dark in there and there were no cars around, but he came back with a bag of french fries. It smelled so good: fresh and hot.
As I took my first bite, I was amazed. The fries were just the way I like it: enough salt, hot, crispy, and fresh. I couldn’t stop eating it. My husband and I talked about the fries the entire car ride until the fries were all gone. That’s how good it was.
The best FRENCH FRIES I ever tasted!!! I want to come back here! It’s one of these times I’m thankful I got lost!
PROS: French Fries!
CONS: location far away from Queens :(, but it’s good if you’re in the Bronx area, from the outside, looks uninviting
