Come to McDonald’s and get harassed a security guard who waves handcuffs in your face while telling you seats are for customers only. Buddy, my partner is ordering while I sit.
He struts around while intimidating and threatening customers. Is he wearing a fake police badge? Is that legal?
If the place is that bad just shut it down.

Stopped in here for coffee before work. Horrible coffee, horrible service. 1 woman stood around behind the counter doing nothing despite very long lines. Much better off going to Dunkin Donuts next door.

OMG! So terrible!!! cash only, and employer always kit you out! They said 20min is limit. You can’t stay over 20min! that is crazy! So terrible! and employer yelling at me. No education at all. Never want see those people anymore!

They have a Bouncer at the Bathroom, the smell of K2 overpowers the sweet sent of McDonald’s fry’s. Right before you walk thru the door, some lady screams «can you give me something to eat I’m hungry I’m hungry». The cashier also prepares coffee and took about 4 minutes to make one because she was upset a heroin addict asked her to put 25 splendas. The only reason I gave this place one star was because if you lucky, you might find a man who sells nickel bags of sour. Besides that. Stay away. Service sucks. The bouncer sucks.

This McDonald’s is a joke ! I was sitting while my mother was on line and the security guard «Mike’ has the nerve to approach me, of all the dopeheads lounging around taking up space loitering there ALL DAY, he asks me if I’m making a purchase in an impolite manner and later continues to hang out and socialize with the people who Appeared to be taking a nap while standing up.

The staff and management here could use some serious training and I hope that McDonalds steps in.
There was a woman on cleaning staff who was more interested in playing the restroom troll than cleaning. She refused to open one of the two available restrooms, causing a consistent line of 6+ and arguments amongst customers. I witnessed one woman weep and eventually storm out, punching the wall as she left. Two fights nearly broke out as I ate my breakfast.
Ridiculous.

Was going to give this McDonalds a nice review because it’s clean and it’s music-​themed, but the employee standing by the bathroom acting like the all-​powerful CIA asking for everyone for receipts to use the bathroom and giving everyone serious attitude ruined it for me.
