The worst service during midnight hours ever. Waiting more than half hour on line. No supervision. Wrong food. Its so horribly someone need to do something about this shift.

I don’t know if it was just the evening I chose to eat here, or this is just the way it is, but that evening they couldn’t handle the amount of people, so at the end I just gave up and left. If I knew that this is the way it is every night, I would rate it a star.

The whole staff at night, is horrible !!! Half hour and up wait at drive thru every time, only to be ignored at the pay window, which nobody is there anyway, so we drive to the 2^nd window only to be ignored again, by a gaggle of young kids who are confused and thin the whole thing is very funny, this place is a joke. They hardly ever have ice cream anymore, and when they do, they hand it to you first, so it melts all over the car, while we wait another half hr for the food we ordered to be given to us, to find almost every time there is food missing. DESPERATELY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT, DAY AND NIGHT,. BUT NIGHT IS FAR WORSE.

After a car full of kids held the line for close to 20 minutes, I pull up to the window only to get ignored for another five minutes. But I did get to watch the employees wander around and complain about customers which is always encouraging. Finally someone realizes that I am there waiting and comes to get me my food. She confirms my order then grabs the bag that was sitting there since I pulled up. So I ask her «how cold is this food going to be?» She giggles and smiles saying «don’t worry it will be ok». This attitude makes me very happy my pregnant wife made me go out at 11pm and get her nuggets. What I’m not happy about is the cold chicken wrap and nuggets I received. The chicken was so chewy and old I ate two bites and threw it out. This will undoubtably make me sick. Thank you McDonalds for reaffirming the reason why I stay away from your «restaurants».

I enjoy this mcdonalds in the am for coffee & sometimes I get the sausage mcmuffin total price for both $ 1.78 not bad at all & u get refills on the coffee which is very good… worker maryanna cleans this place to perfection she is always doing something a great worker during the day the manager seems to pick on her a lot I noticed it is not nice to see good workers treated like that… the workers at the registers taking orders are very nice too especially tina & maria they are so friendly & helpful… all in all a pleasant mcdonalds except for that mgr. who likes to embarrass maryanna for no reason in front of customers she should learn to appreciate her.

Horrible food, they must serve food that is weeks old. There grease must also be very old

i come here usually for the hazelnut coffee and maybe a small item once in a while. The service is fast. They have clean bathrooms and the drive thru is pretty good.

I’m sorry to be writing this complaint but I had a bad experience at the McDonald’s located at 3660 east tremont ave, Bronx ny 10 465. When I arrived at the order machine I requested two mcflurries for my children. I then drove to the cashier window and paid $ 6.13. I moved up to the next window to pickup my order and the lady told me the ice cream machine was not working and if I wanted something else. I replied no just a refund. Then two minutes later who I assumed to be a manager handed me $ 5.86. I said to him you shorted me money and he looked at me like a deer in headlights I just said forget it and i drove away I didn’t want to hold up the line behind me. My whole problem is why didn’t the girl over the speaker tell me that they didn’t have ice cream and how I still made it to the first window where she took my money for it. It took for them for me to wait online that they didn’t have ice cream when I got to the last window. And then when I ask for a refund I can’t even get the full amount back. It seems he didn’t refund me the take out amount. I have both the original receipt and the refund receipt if you would like me to email them to your corporate office. I just left as a very unsatisfied customer.

Very clean McDonalds. Employees are usually rotated high school or college kids. Drive thru pretty efficient, but don’t use on Friday nights. Go inside you’ll get your food faster. Plenty of on site parking and street parking is meters until 7pm.

This McDonald is very very clean. The food of course is the same everywhere you go. But the McDonald big breakfast is just amazing. You get scrambles eggs, a biscuit with sausage and a hash brown for only 3.99 $ I’m about to come to McDonald’s everyday now.

The slowest services ever!!! It doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or inside. I’m happy I don’t eat this often because the service really sucks.

This place is a serious mob scene at lunchtime. The parking lot is full, the drive-​though line winds around the block, and the registers are super busy.

Service is kind of slow for fast food but they have the BEST French fries I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. don’t know what their secret is but consistently delicious

Not the worst McDs but not the best. Food is generally what you expect, but service isn’t always the greatest (cue up forgotten fries, ignored requests to your order, etc.). Also, on several occasions there have been homeless people either in the building asking for change or standing right outside the door doing the same… management here seems to not care or make any effort to keep them from bothering their customers. Drive thru only for me when possible.(sorry if I sound insensitive, but its really offputting to be asked for change everytime I go in or out of this place)

What is going on with this neighborhood? This used to be one of the nicest parts of the Bronx and now it’s going downhill.

It’s McDonalds, so I expect a certain level of quality, or lack there of. But that’s OK because, it’s McDonalds. I’ve never been inside, so my review is for the drive-​thru only, which I have been ‘thru’ way too often.
I’ve never had a problem with service. The women, or girls, and guys who work there actually smile and make eye contact usually. Which is unfortunately more then I can say for a lot of other better dining establishments. They take my order quickly, I pay quickly, and the food comes out quickly. It’s like a well oiled machine. I’ve never had to wait longer then about 7 minutes even with a long line. And my ultimate test… my early morning iced coffee. I received my light and artificially sweet 6 am caffeine kick less then 2 minutes from when I ordered it. And… it was just what I ordered. !!! They are so much quicker and more consistent then their Connor St. counterpart who I will never patronize again.
Sure, I have to backtrack 5 minutes to get there which adds 10 – 12 minutes to my morning commute. And sure I have to pay an additional 29 cents for my med iced coffee. But it’s worth it. 4 stars for you Mickey D’s. I can’t give ya 5 because well, you’re McDonalds. But you’re a pretty good one.

This is my wife and mine spot when we need a quick fix or apple pie, you just can beat it, my son he love the milkshake. he can nock it down all by himself for a 1 yrs old. LOL

Surly, snot-​nosed teenagers who have become cynical way before their time, horribly prepared fast food and sluggish service all combine to make this McDonald’s location a verifiable dud.
I don’t mind the occasional off-​day. We all have them. But if I come here on three separate occasions within a two-​month span, and each time I’m met with a stone-​faced attitude, sub-​par burgers (the McDouble tasted like ketchup and ass) and barely warm fries, well, then I think your establishment needs a revamp.
