McDonald’s

Where do I begin??? First off, I have slowed down on fast food because we just don’t know what they put in it any more! But occasionally I do crave some French fries or a Mcflurry. This McDonald is located right up the street from me, hence the one star, but am I happy about that? No! Every single time I walk in there there is at least 2 – 3 lines but only two cashiers? Makes no sense. The managers are all unprofessional and rude. One manager was actually acting like a drill Sargent to her employees one day in front of everyone just completely embarrassing. The managers can’t be more than ²²⁄₂₃ so what do you expect? This review is solely about the service because I don’t eat here enough to review the food. Just the other day I waited about 5 – 7 minutes in line, there was no cashier because they were getting someone else’s food and the manager was making jokes with the kids who make the orders. It’s a shame that they want $ 15hr. For what if they don’t do anything for their customers! Sorry McDonald’s but you just lost another customer. Your better off installing the order machines here bc they don’t require health benefits, don’t ask for raises and don’t treat customers like trash!

I have never really had any problems with this McDonalds location over the years when I lived in the Bronx especially. The lines are usually slow as hell that is about it, the prices are about the same as any other Bronx location, maybe 20 or 30 cents cheaper than a manhattan spot. I use to mostly come here just for breakfast. Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit was my favorite.
The new Premium Chicken McWrap is probably the best thing to order. It is so huge for $ 3.99, you do not even need fries with it. Chicken Bacon with the Fried or the Grilled is the one to get.

The only difference between this one and other locations is they have the luxury of a parking lot. Besides that, you know exactly what you’re getting…
My question is where are all of these joyful, ethnically diverse groups of friends that we see on TV commercials? The McDonald’s I know is not like that at all! Usually there are people looking miserable, having a bad day, or catching an attitude when the food takes more than 30 seconds to prepare. You can only expect but so much people.
