Thieves. Michael P is a loser. Company os run by an old Korean hooch. They are scam artists. I am suing them currently for trying to rob me.

Worst company ever. Rude staff, and not helpful. They have been conducting construction on my building for over a year now, they constantly begin hammering and drilling before the time they are allowed to start making it next to impossible to live in my apartment during the week. When I called up the management office to inquire about whats going on and how long this construction would be going on they would not give me a straight answer and basically hung up on me. The hot water in my building keeps going out and again, they don’t seem to care that this is a on-​going issue. I needed someone to fix a wall, because the guys drilling outside my apartment drilled all the way through and made a hole… it’s 8 months later and still no one has fixed it. They gave me the wrong color paint when i wanted to fix a poor paint job they did and even though they say their apartments are rent controlled… they keep trying to dramatically raise my rent. DO NOT LIVE IN ANY OF THEIR BUILDINGS… YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This management company is really trying to improve themselves! It seems they have hired all new people and so far the people I’ve dealt with have been lovely. Everyday I have guys here doing work on my building, I must say it is a HUGE improvement from a few months ago. I even have agents knock on my door once in awhile asking if the apartment needs anything. Out of all my years in Manhattan I’ve never had a property management company respond so quickly to my requests. Glad to have Midas running my building now.
