These guys were very good at minimizing costs, but communicating problems with residents was a bit of an issue. For their part our building was going through a rough transition period from sponsor-​controlled to resident-​owner controlled. The developers were the ones who originally hired them so they faced constant scrutiny from owners not sure where their loyalties were. If your building is already running smoothly but you would like to explore cutting costs, PWB would be a decent company to interview.
