Nine West Outlet

So I bought a pair of sandals from the Yonkers Outlet of Nine West. Sandals didn’t fit after a few wears (but still in excellent condition) so I decided I wanted to return it for a refund or was willing to exchange it if I found something I liked. I went to this store to return it since I was already in the area shopping. I spoke with the store manager and explained the situation to her. She told me that if I wore it, I won’t get a refund. I can do an exchange. I went around the store looking for something I may like. Didn’t find anything. Towards the back of the store, shoes were just stacked up… Not organized. Not having found anything I liked, I decided to take my sandals and go back to the original Nine West Store I bought it from where the lady gladly refunded me the money back. I will not be returning to this store. I would much rather go to the one in Yonkers.
