Peartree Nails

This place is horrible. All my nails were uneven and they had the nerve to charge me thirty two dollars for short nails. The customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your time it money.

This place is horrible. The customer service sucks. They are very money hungry. I never feel good after I get my nails or eyebrows done from there. I give it two stars because the girls in the front end of the store (the beauty supply section) are really nice and cool. The back part sucks !!! I’ll never go back there.
They botched my eyebrow. Took off too much hair n I’m still waiting for it to grow back. Manicures don’t last, pedicures are pretty good but they order you to pay first and insist on a tip. Just stand clear from this cramped space for nails, feet, and brows but for a last minute beauty supply store in Co Op, go for it

The pedicure was excellent. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE! They charge for everything! I wanted two colors on my nails, not a design, one color on eight and one color on two. They charged me an additional $ 2 for my hands and ANOTHER $ 2 for my feet. It’s not like I was using extra polish. They are a neighborhood business taking advantage of local people. Trust me, it’s worth the time to go to Westchester or downtown if you can. Buy the time they finish nickel and diming you for every little thing, you will pay Westchester or downtown prices anyway. My $ 24 mani and pedi ended up costing $ 40. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a place where you get what you pay for.

They do one HELL of a pedicure! The nail techs do not do a whole lot of talking because they are very focused on what they are doing. I left out of there pleased today after treating myself to a mani-​pedi.

–Read ALL the signs on the wall as «ghetto» as the may be handwritten and/​or misspelled they tell you about special svc, prices and policies
–Do NOT go late because they rush you out the door at closing despite if your nails are dry or NOT!
–Be warned the space is cramped
I have no idea why they minimized the space the way they did to have 75% of the store as a Beauty Supply that no one shops at. The Nail salon gets crowded and they should have just left the whole space dedicated to nails.0_o
