INCOMPETENCE! I specifically direct that I want 5W20 Synthetic. I get the receipt and discover they used the bulk oil 5W30. I point this out, remind him that I specifically told him what I wanted and he replies that 20 is what the car gets when it’s new, not when it has high mileage (34K). We take a walk to the car, pop the hood and I point out that the cap specifically says 20, what I asked for, what I paid for… now, make it happen. I shouldn’t have to go through this!

Don’t be fooled. I came here to have my bypass hose replaced and have the ac topped off. I do mechanic work but omg how these guys rip you off! So before i could have the hose replaced you have to purchase their coolant evaluation package for like 35+. So i said ok… hose can be like $ 10 bucks and not even a 30 min job. Left the car and they call me back saying to have tbe hose done wud cost me $ 115 and with the ac topped to $ 215. So since I DONT have the time to do it… i agreed. Then they called me back to say there is a problem with the ac that the fan won’t turn on and they can’t continue the ac recharge quoting me $ 177 for just the F… ing hose!!! I paid but really pissed. Return to get the car parked… starting and guess what i see… check engine. It’s a p1491 code which means a fan relay fault. I think these guys have no idea that this has been done and the ac system has been completely flushed and components replaced. They want me to buy a whole fan plus install for more $$$. When i asked the mechanic what went wrong he said the fan is shot. Yeah right. Guess what… I wiggled the F. ing fan relay and everything is back to normal. Should I sue for them tampering with it… Make a decent living… you won’t have lifetime customers this way. $ 177… $ 135 gets me a new ford diesel fan clutch… not a 5“hose!
Btw, they charged me $ 20+ for coolant… boys…you didnt even get to fill up my reservoir to half and my radiator needs more.

I’ve gotten an oil change and inspection here in the past, which I waited 2 hours for. An oil change does not take that long, nor does an inspection (I worked for a place that provided both of those services).
This time, I just got an oil change, which took about an hour and a half. I walked out to my car to see that my hood on my car was not closed right, or at least it looked weird. I opened the hood and closed it again. I have hood clamps on the side of my cars hood and I could not close the left one. It is clear that they forced it, but why? I called an employee over and we’re trying to figure it out.
That’s when I realized, they drove it out of the garage into the parking lot with the oil cap SITTING ON THE FRONT OF MY CAR, where the hood clicks closed. If I drove away with that they way it was, it would have fallen, possibly hit a belt and caused a lot of damage. I asked him, «really? They forgot to put the oil cap on?» And he was speechless. No apology, nothing.
This is why I refuse to go back.
