Classic hole-in-the-wall New York restaurant. Pisac sells decent pizza and outstanding Peruvian. The lomo saltado is about as good as it gets, as is the papas a la huacaina, a sort of spicy cold potato salad. The prices are really low – $ 10 range for most entrees, and $ 6 range for appetizers, and the service is friendly(if non English-speaking). Be sure to try the chicha morada, a sweet blue corn drink that they sometimes make fresh on the premises.
