roadto2016#13 «artwork filled with pizza» This place is pretty unique i have to say, this place similar to subways but with more detailed look at how pizza is made, you can have just about any pizza combination you could possibly think of! from vegetarian inspired dishes to meat heavy till the pizza looks sloppy types! they put the toppings and type of sauces you would like right in front of you and they pass it down like how subways would do. they send it straight off the oven just incase there no tampering with the pizza «art art art» so above that the entire room is filled with tones of artwork! one cant help, pass by and order a quick $ 5.25 personal pizza quickly. the eating area isnt so bad as well! along with the artwork your gonna appreciate chowing down on this pizza. «fun facts» this is located right across the street from fordham university and is often busy because of how classy the inside looks like and as well as the major bus/metro north trains lines are on one stop. «overall» stop come here and and grab a pizza and look at forham university no one gonna bother you.

The garden pizza was prepared quickly. The pizza was delicious. The service was friendly. The pizza was affordable. I would return there when I am not counting calories.

I love this place it’s always clean and the staff is very polite. What I like about pizza studio is the options. You can make your pizza according to your taste. I like the jerk season with rosemary herb dough. I recommend anyone who is in the fordham area to check out pizza studio.

Uh… YUM! I was slightly skeeved out by the area(there’s so much trash and garbage on the sidewalk, it’s sad), but the actual dining spot is great, clean, and the staff I interacted with was really nice. I got a greeting when I walked in the door… that never happens. Anywhere! I got a whole bunch of stuff on the ‘fiery’ crust. I’m a pizza addict and this had to be the most flavorful pizza I’ve ever tasted. They had katamala olives & feta cheese as topping options… that’s always hard to find. Color me amazed. I think we wound up getting 2 pizzas and 2 drinks for less than $ 20. The portions were more than enough so you can’t beat that. If I lived in the area is probably be there literally everyday.

This place has a pretty cool concept and atmosphere. You get to create your own personal pie, even down to the crust! It’s a great idea but the workers were very rude and agitated. There’s something about a certain vibe that I truly dislike when people are preparing my food but luckily the manager took over and made my food. There was disunity between the staff and if they expect to thrive they gotta do better… Anyway …the food was really good and done fast. The crust was thin and my boyfriend and I didn’t feel as stuffed as a regular pie would make us feel. Summary: Great concept, sucky staff.

I love that it give a chipotles feel for pizza, the music is cool, and the pizza is always on point but be very clear on what you can order! The pizza is not NY pizza but it’s a fun alternative!

A very interesting place. Been here a couple of times and love the pizza choices and other toppings that I could add. The staff was really friendly making my order how I wanted. Gets crowed around 4pm since Roosevelt high school is a few stores up. But beyond the crowd the place is keep clean and it’s a pretty chill environment overall. Will come here if I’m ever in the area

Moment I saw this place, thee lady and I HAD to taste! You’re making your own pizza … what isn’t there NOT to love?! Pros: — There’s so many options for toppings, literally something that everyone loves. — They deliver your pizza to your table, just hear out for your name! — Pizzas are big! Enough for leftovers or for sharing. — Nice and crunchy. — Place is clean, which is always a plus. I honestly have NO cons at all, I’ll def go back if I’m around :)

A flatbread pizza with six veggie items and two meaty choices under nine bucks is crazy! It’s delicious! It takes two minutes to prepare! And you can devour a large pizza and feel like a piggy because there is no carb fluff! As far as quality, Pizza Studio is head and shoulders over the corporate names. This store has some of the most friendly staff that greet you in the door, while grooving to the streaming urban music. They exclusively sell either Snapple or Fountain drinks. But the hot item are the Chocolate Chip Cookies, baked in-house. Sure there are a myriad of other flavors, but… Prepare to jockey for line space when those cookies are fresh out of the oven. Did you know that some women have bony elbows? Just cut the line like me, and feel the love. This spot is one of the better places to eat in the Fordham University area.

Fresh ingredients, a pizza made completely by you for you. Choose between five different crusts(they even have a tapioca based, gluten free option), sauce, cheese, and up to five veggie and 2 meats toppings. Top it off with some seasonings of your choice. You can also choose between pre-selected«Starving Artists» originals. Masterpiece(DIY) pizzas are 7.99 and the Starving Artists originals are 6.99. Sometimes they have day-specific deals where you can get a pre-selected pizza for 4.99 so check their Facebook page to find out about any deals. Ingredients are fresh, their meats are premium, hormone and cruelty free and they use unbleached flour and zero-additives cheese. For the quality, I’d say you are getting an awesome deal. I also really like their peanut butter cookies. They are made fresh and are really delicious. A+!

This is my cheat day food. The make-your-own pizza concept is good; the customer service is great; the pizza is even better. What I can do without is the obnoxiously loud music that accompanies the food while I’m eating. This is great pizza-my favorite is the flaxseed crust with my choice of veggies-why ruin it with Skate Key, Act III level loudness in music? I do not need 2Chainz ‘I’m Different’ blasting while I’m trying to digest. Also, I never get their sides-the cookies they’re trying to peddle. If they want to make money on sides, what they should do is make artisan zeppoles, continuing with their upscale pizza concept, while requiring less ingredients/cost to make.

Pizza Studio is pizza your way. You come in and choose your crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings, and in a few minutes you’re sitting down having a piping hot pizza. I’ve been here a couple of times and both experiences have been excellent. What makes this place stand out, other than the fact that you get to choose from crusts, toppings, and sauce, is the variety of options for the price. Not only do you get a huge variety of toppings, but you get to choose 5 non-meats and 2 meats. Where else can you add SEVEN toppings to a pizza and not pay $$$$$ for it? In addition to that, your sauce options are exciting, and you even get to add seasonings(Jamaican jerk and chipotle powder to name a couple). Pizza Studio is a perfect option for lunch or dinner that won’t break the bank and will leave you satisfied(as long as you have a normal appetite). You don’t have to wait too long for your food, and you can have a 100% customized personal pie. Just don’t come in here expecting DiFara’s; keep your nose down and you’ll enjoy it.

LOVE this place! Their crust and ingredient options make for a delicious small pizza which you can enjoy yourself or share with one other person… I can’t ever finish the whole pizza by myself, and that’s okay because they give you a small box to put your leftovers in. The employees are very friendly, along with the manager who steps in if he notices they need a little help. Also, the pricing is just right!

I’m a BIG fan of Pizza Studio! Located beautifully on Fordham Road(literally blocks from ME). I’m definitely a HAPPY camper. First time I had this pizza I was a little unsure but thank god I followed through … My pizza: Pepperoni Spicy Sausage Sprinkled Feta Cheese Basil … And it was delicious!!! The employees are very helpful, kind and definitely friendly! It’s my favorite place in the Bronx(but a person should eat this in moderation — considering if you’re not sharing) hope that was helpful
