Shihan Paul is the real deal. He’s also a great instructor, coach, and motivator. This is without a doubt one of the finest martial arts academy’s in this hemisphere. I carry with me to this day the skills, lessons, attitude and memories from the classes I took there over a decade ago.

I have always wanted to take up martial arts and I am so glad that I found this dojo. The teacher, 6^th degree blackbelt Shihan Paul Sookdar is an incredible instructor. He is very devoted to the art of Karate and will slowly push your limits each day. Every time I train at this dojo, I come out feeling stronger, not only physically but mentally and spiritually.
