I go to this Starbucks a lot. Sometimes given great service, depending on the day. But last weekend it was terrible. The cashiers were having their own side conversations & didn’t care that the line was getting longer. I’m so disappointed. They used to have such great staff working there

I’ve never been to a Starbucks were they are not happy and welcoming. Very slow and always talking to each other slowing down the orders. Most employees just stand around and talk to each other when it’s very busy, for the amount of money I am paying for a cup of coffee I should feel welcoming and shoul not be running out of ice coffee every single time !!!

Terrible service. So pissed off that I had to use the restroom and was told I needed to make a purchase to use it. Excuse me?! I’m a gold card member and I have bought things at Starbucks plenty of times without using the bathroom. I’m so pissed off. I know the Starbucks policy because I have a few friends who are employees and that is not the case.

Some of the staff here are straight ghetto! You aren’t treated politely by all staff. Some of the staff are loud and inappropriate to the point that I heard one cursing, loudly.

I can’t believe what I had to endure with the lack of professionalism and customer service from the cashier & shift Manager Alex(he refused to give me his last name) today. I went to buy coffee but was not sure what exactly to get so while I was looking for what to buy my mother which was with me wanted to use the restroom but they denied her the use unless she purchased something. I was online to buy something so I told the cashier that my mom needed the restroom and she told me the same thing because the access code comes out on the receipt. This is ridiculous I have been to many Starbucks and never heard of this. So the cashier tells me speak to my manager which was the same person who had denied it to my mom in the first place. I had to buy a cookie so then the cashier gave the receipt to manager which he didn’t even look at it and the tossed it in the trash and then proceeded to walk to restroom an open the door for my mom. So I told the cashier give me a copy of the receipt and show me where the code is then she was like oh no it comes out on the machine so I told her then how come the manager didn’t come look at it and he just walked to the restroom door and open it for my mom, she had no response. After my mom used the restroom I was disgusted with the treatment of the shift manager Alex and the cashier and decided to not even get my coffee and just leave. I really think they need a lot of training for the store manager which he is the one who is to resolve the issues in the store but apparently not. Never again will I go to this Starbucks. They need training from the stores in Manhattan, never had a problem with them.

This is without a doubt the worst starbucks I’ve ever been in. The first time I came in a few weeks ago, I forgave the slow, lousy service to possibly time of day, inexperienced kids, I even threw in the blood moon. I decided to come back today and the service was even worse. They had no brown, sugar, no caramel, no white sugar, and possibly no coffee too because the latte I ordered was only a lukewarm cup of milk no foam and no espresso. Starbucks needs to do a better job training their employees because what makes them good for me was that I received an equally decent cup of coffee in any store I walked into.

This Starbucks is small and cozy, just how I like it. I used to run a Starbucks and I liked my store small since it felt more at home. Baristas there were very friendly. Anyway, the weekend staff need to be a little more friendly — one barista likes to pass fault to the customer, which I would understand if we were friends but we’re not so just do your job. Don’t say bad things about your products. Otherwise I like this location.

Place isn’t clean. No one is regularly cleaning tables. Coffee spills here and there. The employees seem nice, but I think it’s more lack of training and organization. Need better management.

I didnt even mean to give this place one star that’s how bad it is. they do everything wrong and I saw roaches.. The baristas are so disrespectful especially the dark skin one shataqua or shaniqua something like that and a light skin heavy set female. I will never return, if you don’t know how to interact with your customers then you shouldn’t be working there point blank.

The service is terrible! Even without a line the service is extremely slow. I placed my order with only one person ahead of me. Yet the person after me received their coffee before I got my smoothie. It’s 4 in the afternoon not 8 in the morning. Instead while I’m pregnant standing and waiting my smoothie is just sitting in the blender. While the guy who made it is too interested in his conversation. Sad!

I love Starbucks but this place is horrible… If you don’t pay attention they will give you whole milk instead of skin or soy milk. I also think it’s a little ridiculous that as a barista you don’t know what a shot is. If I as the customer have to explain to you what a shot is you probably shouldn’t be working in Starbucks.

The service was real bad, i ordered 3 drinks and they messed up 2 of them. when i told them that they had made a mistake, they repeatedly ignored me and only ended up giving me one of the two they messed up. i had then explained to them that i was missing another drink and the man at the cashier had argued back saying that i did not order what i was waiting for. he repeatedly said«no she did not» as i had explained to him that i definetly did order those two specific drinks. the customer service here was not well at all.

This is a horrible Starbucks. They can’t control their lines, they are easily distracted by each other and they become flustered and downright rude when they make drinks incorrectly. I’m not sure who the manager is, but this person should be dismissed immediately to make room for a manager, who will demand some form of professionalism. I’ll be taking my business to Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.

The Baristas here are not at all friendly, and when you have 2 – 3 behind the counter they joke very loud with each other, and on the two times I have been there recently after 6:00PM on weekdays, there is cussing and ghetto attitude by the Baristas. There are one or two who HIDE as if they don’t see the customers, and the customers have to wait or speak up loud 3 – 4 times before any Barista even says hello. They all look at each other like, ugh I don’t want to. Very terrible cold place. They need to re-hire NEWHIRES. Get rid of the old Baristas. Three words sum this Starbucks up VERYGHETTOBARISTAS.

Really! Not favorite Starbucks location, but it’s the only one in my neighborhood when I’m not in the city. So you can imagined! This location ALWAYS have a fine print on every promotional offer that Starbucks is having. Not sure what’s that about!!! Pastries are limited, especially in the evenings. Bring a friend and don’t forget your phone to keep you company because the line is always super long because one person is ALWAYS on the register and seats are limited, so wear comfortable shoes. The baristas are miserable and rude, you get lectured, if you don’t want foam in your latte. Go figure! The place is kept clean and the wifi is ok.

The staff here is impolite. Whenever I attempt to buy something out of the many times I’ve tried, it’s a long period of wait. They don’t even bother to give a good customer service by at least saying«I’ll be right with you.» I’ve already left this Starbucks twice because of the long waits! They need to step it up!

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve come across. If there is a long line of customers, there shouldn’t only be 1 person working at the register, when there are visibly two other people walking around and not doing anything. One barista was actually just chilling by the cash register while the actual person manning it was busy heating up items for a customer. My wait on line took a total of 7 minutes, mostly because the customer in front of me had a semi-large order and only one barista was handling her order with another one making the drinks. Before I knew it, a line of customers were out the door! That definitely says something about the quality of service

Things have changed drastically around Starbucks since I wrote my last review in 2011, and it’s necessary that I write an update reflecting that. It IS now the place I go to in the morning and afternoon. The new baristas are pleasant, cheerful, and it’s literally now the place where«everybody knows your name.» At least, they know mine(whether because of Unilocal or because I meet the criteria for Caffeine Use Disorder in the DSM, I’ll never know). They’ve definitely increased the professionalism of this place, and the baristas always ask you to come back with feedback if your drink is not perfect. These new baristas(and some of the old ones who were always my favorites) are much more enthusiastic, sweet, goal-oriented and don’t waste time gossiping. However, I do find that I can’t come here on late nights because the service tends to be extremely slow… even if there is just one other customer. I hope that improves in the future. Other than that, I am a fan! Props for huge improvements!

Yes… I am a Fan… Cause this is my neighborhood Starbucks… And you can find me here every now & then. The people here are cool… Always willing to share a table if it’s a full house. Always filled with students and workers who bring laptops for study time and filled with corners of groups having conversation time. The workers are cool and always get my drinks right. This place kinda reminds me of an alcohol free version of the ol’ sitcom Cheers. A location where everybody knows your name… That is if your a regular.
