I love this place. I never had an issue with them doing my eyebrows. I did have an issue today with their reward program. After 9 visits your 10th visits is free. Well going there as much as I have I haven’t always used the same business card to track my visits. Today I came with 3 cards which totaled more than 10 visits and for some reason she couldn’t consolidate and honor my free visit. Without giving me a clear explanation. I wasn’t too pleased with that. This won’t deter me from returning but I will be speaking to the manager next time.

I’m the most pickiest person ever when it comes to my eyebrows. I’ve been coming here for 7yrs now and I can honestly say that this is the best threading place ever. I only do my eyebrows here and never have a complaint when I leave. When I first started going here I only did my eyebrows with Aiza, but she left on maternity leave and never came back. I was so disappointed and even stopped doing my eyebrows for 6 months because I didn’t feel comfortable with anyone else. After getting tired of looking like a wolf I decided to thread my eyebrows with Poly. I was not disappointed, my eyebrows came out perfect. Now anytime I go I do my eyebrows with whoever is available because they are all great!

I came in the first time to get my eyebrows threaded; I was quickly seated and attended to. The store looked neat and both ladies there seemed nice. My eyebrows came out thinner than I wanted but they were even and nicely arched. I will definitely be come back here. Oh and by the way they do sugar waxing!
