I give T-​Mobile 0 stars. The plan is very affordable but the service is horrible. I can’t use my internet and some of my texts don’t send. My phone calls hang up after a few minutes. I would never connect my phone will T-​Mobile again.

My favorite Tmobile store in NYC. They are never busy b/​c they got a store on the other side of the complex while they were told that it was the front of the complex, but really the rear. The guys that were there working were very helpful and had smiles on their faces. Awesome store and employees.

I’m a fan of this tmobile store because they have no wait! It’s practically empty every time I need to go there (not too many ppl must have tmobile in mott haven!). The staff are friendly and helpful, they are very knowledgeable about tmobile phones and made good recommendations when I bought my first smart phone. They don’t have a large selection though. I know verizon stores usually have tons of phone to choose from. If you want to upgrade or buy a new phone I would check out tmobile’s website, but they usually have almost all of the same phones in store too.
