Sushi Bar

This review is strictly for the dedicated sushi bar in the Delta 360 Sky Box in Yankee Stadium.
While there isn’t much of a variety of fish, the fish they serve, such as salmon, tuna. shrimp (and a few others) is pretty fresh and tasty. The prices are not bad either considering it’s inside a stadium. $ 15 for 6 pieces of sushi or 6 pieces of sashimi. Most surprising is their miso-​ginger salad dressing for the fresh greens. It has real pieces of ginger and isn’t the syrupy, sweet gunk you usually get at even the highest rated sushi restaurants. Very smooth with a spicy kick. Unfortunately, the monitors showing the game are right behind the chefs (they block the view), but the chefs are pleasant and the atmosphere relaxed, even with all of the people mulling about the other eateries.
