Tequila Song

Ordered from GrubHub and found a disgusting long hair embedded into my burrito, called to complain and the girl who picked up «Claudia» couldn’t care less about my problem and was so unprofessional. Told me to take it up with GrubHub because she couldn’t do anything for me. I called Grub and spoke with Silvia who was amazing and extremely caring unlike Claudia, and said she would speak with Tequila and call me right back. About 2mins later Silvia called back and reimbursed me and I felt so relieved being that I was doing a late shift at the hospital and the only option for dinner was to order on GH. I appreciate the efforts she made her customer service skills were a lifesaver. Overall, I would never recommend this place, worse experience ever GH should take them off the app!

Open late, good food, good prices. Delivery time is usually kind of long, but worth the wait.

I placed an online order via GrubHub. After about an hour and 20 minutes and no food, I call the place to see if they can give me a status, the person on the phone (apparently the owner) keeps telling me they never received the order and they have no record of an order from me. I give me my name, address, phone number, a receipt number from GrubHub, multiple times of putting me on hold he is ADAMANT there was no order.
About 10 minutes later the delivery guy comes knocking on my door with the food. I call back just to tell them about this because they are clearly not very organized and the lady on the phone just keeps telling me, «He didn’t know we had your order because the delivery guy had the paper.» Really, the only record you keep of orders is the one paper the delivery guy holds onto? If that is the case then what was the owner even looking up when he kept putting me on hold? Why is he so sure he never received my order? I tell her this and she clearly doesn’t care. I even tell her I probably won’t come back now, and again doesn’t care and is just like «Okay, sorry.»
NO Customer service! I couldn’t believe it. I have been ordering from grubhub for like 6 years and have not once filed a complaint… not until now.

Drinks are $ 12 + tax for a subpar piña colada? Kind of steep for a small after hours spot. I’d come back for the happy hours M-​F $ 5 cocktails or 6 bottled beers for $ 20. Whoah, I hung at the bar and round 12am a huge crowd rolled in and hit the dance floor hard pumping Mexican and bachata music.
There is plenty of seating at tables as this is actually restaurant. They pull the tables aside to make a clearing for the dance floor.
