I love this place. The wonderful smell of chocolate hits you as soon as you walk in the door! They have a wide selection of truffles, gifts, and they have so many different molds they can make to order. The chocolate covered strawberries are divine. Just leave me the chocolate covered marshmallows! Go, you won’t regret it!

I searched high and low for sugar free chocolate for Valentine’s Day. None of the major candy companies bother to make Valentine’s candy for Diabetics. Kudos to the Chocolate. Place for not forgetting that a segment of the population struggle with Diabetes and still want to eat chocolate. The Chocolate Place will be the go to place to satisfy my chocolate craving. Thank you for remembering us.

If you crave chocolate, need a gift or want to DYI this is the place to go. I have been going to this store since my daughter’s Sweet 16 and she is now 38. I use it for birthdays, dedications, my Sunday school class and teachers. You can never go wrong. The owner is fabulous and is all her staff. She advices and guides you and only sell you what you NEED. Prices are good.

They didn’t have chocolate covered gummi bears! But I did get half a dozen chocolate covered strawberries! They were a bit small but I was craving them, they did the job. I also bought some chocolate to make my own at home. Its nice this place is around.

I’m a huge fan of this place. I’ve dealt with the same pleasant woman each time I’ve gone there, and it has always been a great experience. She was very attentive, stepped out from behind the counter to help me find what I needed, and actually remembered me even after coming back over a month later and asked how my event went. The only reason it’s four instead of five stars is the prices are a little high, but you really do get what you pay for.

This place is absolutely not worth stepping foot in. The employees are rude and not very helpful. They have no customer service skills and do not know what it is to be professional and run a business. never will i come here agian. i would rather go to Manhattan and take my chances elsewhere. But here? I repeat NEVER AGAIN.

I found this place about 2 years ago and I love it!!! Prices are great staff and owner always make you feel welcome… I drive there from whitestone queens and don’t mind for a change paying the tolls because that is how much I love the chocolate place!!!

I really like this place because of all the creative molds, colorful chocolates and ready to buy sweets they have.
I go here to buy all my molds and chocolates if i can. They have so many different themed molds from, bachelorette parties, graduations, birthdays and baby showers!
The customer service and ambiance is welcoming. They are also very helpful and patient when asked about how to make anything. They are even willing to explain what materials needed to recreate the sweets they sell on display, too cool. Highly recommended.

Great place I have to thank my fellow Unilocalers, for finding this place, and adding the info online, because there truffles taste great, and me and my wife decided to use them for our son’s baptism, and order 50, lollipops from them for this party, as the store owner told us, its and Oreo dipped in white chocolate with the symbol of the cross on it, for a $ 1.50, for each one its not bad. so if you find yourself up in the Bronx or live up here, stop by. The lady we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful no pressure to place a order.

AWESOME! Did I mention that this place is awesome? If you are a chocolate lover or wish to give a gift a chocolate to someone, than this should be your first choice if you are in the Bronx or lower Westchester. The shop is clean, well lit and the owner Angela is a patient pleasure. A colleague of my husband recommended this shop, and we are so glad that we went. This is our new sweet tooth spot. We purchased chocolate covered pretzels (dark, white, milk and m&m covered) toffee, rum balls, dark & milk chocolate graham crackers and dark chocolate covered almonds (there were 5 of us). Everything was fresh, well tempered and had a great taste. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

They moved, by the way… the new location is on the other side of Bronxdale Avenue, closer to Matthews Avenue.
I love this store though! It’s small, but clean and well-​lit, and crawling with all the chocolate goodies your heart could ever desire. The store itself has the sweetest aroma of chocolate, and combined with the warm heat on a cold day, it was simply paradise.
They have a large assortment of gifts, both of the chocolate and non-​chocolate variety. It’s one stop holiday shopping… not to mention Valentine’s Day.
But try… just TRY… to walk in there without buying something for yourself.
And a note, the service is so helpful and polite!
