After seeing reviews here it’s a shame some people had bad experiences! I on the other hand had a very good one, maybe it was a good day? I hope it’ll be consistent from now on, called ahead had my box set up! The young gentleman took my info and said it’ll be ready in 10 min I came after a few hours, store was clean and he came out from the back right away greeted me and handed my box, he was very polite!, off I went and opened it up to find 12 ct of delicious fruit, very plump strawberries, nicely sliced apples and good size chunk of bananas! Very please thank you so much! I hope everything ends up being better for the store, it’s a great spot to have in the neighborhood!

Each time I got edible arrangements from them it was a compete disaster! My fiancé tried to surprise me with the biggest edible arrangment they had. He stalled me so I could be home so I after hours of waiting my fiancé just came out and told me and said they were suppose to be there hours ago. I called them and they said they were closing I would have to wait until tomorrow or meet them somewhere. I drove to them and picked it up and it wasn’t refrigerated. The second time was valentine’s day 2015 again he tried to surprise me with the teddy bear and balloon. Again it took them so many hours. My fiancé went downstairs as the guy came up. He apologized for not having the balloon and when my fiancé came he said they had some balloons in the car. I told him never again!!!

I was very upset because of how far the distance is from me. Other than that it is a very reserved place people are very calm and collective. Service could be a little better.

Please tell me, why is your store on Johnson Ave Bronx NY is reusing old fruit and undersized fruit in a new order? I order a fruit box for my fiancée who had surgery and what they sent her was way below average. Here is a sample: *Strawberries were undersized and probably left over from another order. some of the fruit – strawberries and bananas, were too soft to be fresh fruit * Bananas that had holes in their center and had already begun to rot. This also indicated that they were probably from a prior arrangement that wasn’t used… all the bananas had holes in them and were rotting in the center. THISISUNACCEPTABLE! Who cares about protecting your brand your stores can send out old, used fruit? Who is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience? Obviously, this store is only concerned about collecting money versus providing an excellent product. Stay away! This store doesn’t deserve one star. I ordered a same day gift for my partner, they said it could be done. The«Just Because» arrangement was delivered at 8pm — not a problem. In fact, at first we were happy to get the delivered arrangement until we looked closer. The strawberries seemed as if they had been sitting out for a day, not fresh at all. And the amount of kale, usually used to as garnish dominated the product. It was as if they hadn’t enough fruit so just piled it on as a last resort. The next day, I called the store hoping to resolve the issue: receipt of a horrible arrangement and was told that the manager was not in and would call me back at 2pm — he never did. I called again at 2:57pm, still no manager on site and no call back. I also called the Edible Corporate office twice. The second time, Corporate said their records showed an arrangement was going to be delivered from the store which is 15mins. away from me. At 7pm, no one had called from the store, no one called to say there would be a replacement sent — no one called. At 8:03pm still no order had been delivered. I would like to think I’m not out $ 77.30. I have ordered from Edible before(not this store) and know that they offer a good product. But if some thing as small as a replacement order can’t be achieved, I will never order from Edible Arrangements again and I will be sure to tell everyone I can to stay clear.

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered. The delivery person called me and asked if the person I was sending a surprise delivery to can go downstairs and pick it up because she couldn’t find parking. They charged me a $ 12 delivery charge, I would expect them to find parking and deliver the arrangement. When I told her my mother was upstairs with my children she responded«ok I guess I’ll try later then.» So unprofessional!!!

Fruit & chocolate: yummers; Customer service: sokay. I bought a small box of the dark-chocolate covered strawberries and they were sooo sooo good~ if you like that kind of stuff! The strawberries were of a decent size, fresh, and sweet. The chocolate was actually really good. And they look adorable in the box! I picked up at the store towards closing time so it seemed like the staff was preoccupied. They took a long time in the back while the front was left unattended. A lady came to buy a cup a fruit. She got tired of waiting and just left the bills on the counter and left with the fruit. I would definitely go back but likely place my order, step out and return after a couple of minutes!

Deliveries at any specified time or day is not guaranteed. It’s in the delivery policy but i learned he hard way when I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered. ONMOTHER’S DAY. I wanted it to be a surprise delivery at my mom’s job so she could feel special and flaunt a little but she never got it. I was so disappointed. I call their 800 number and they told me they had a number of similar complaints because local stores were probably swamped with Mom day deliveries. Fine. I accepted it. but tried to call the store the next day to cancel my order, and got a lecture from the dude about specifying the time and maybe my order would have gotten through and blah blah blah. First of all i wasn’t upset when i called. and didn’t even complain. I was like alright, i understand, can i cancel my order now??? geez. now that certainly pissed me off again. Never again edible arrangements… NEVERAGAIN!
