I must say I am very disappointed with the store, I am a big believer in spending my money in the neighborhood. I bought my wife a pair of black slacks this summer and after several wears the pants had «fuzz balls» all over them. I brought them back to the Manager and she explained that she was not the manufacture of the pants, and she said my wife wearing boots with them was to blame. She offered a 15% discount of our next purchase. I simply walked out of the store, it was an insult! I know the store did not manufacture the pants, but they chose to sell them. If it is a poor product, she should just acknowledge it. Blaming the boots was a terrible answer, all NY ladies wear boots with their pants! If the pants can not hold up to boots, then do not sell the pants. Needless to say, I will not be spending any more money at this neighborhood store. Buyer be alert, double check what you buy!

Stay away! We were attracted to the shop because we saw the kids’ fashions on the window. As soon as we walked in (two adults and two little girls — 7yr old & 5 yr old) we were asked what we wanted. We said we were interested in looking around. The sales person offered a forced smile and said nothing. We walked toward the back where the children’s wear is and the sales person followed us again and asked what we were looking for. Again, I told her we weren’t looking for anything in particular but that we were interested in looking at the kids clothes. She again forced a smile and then told us not to touch anything. This was probably the most uncomfortable experience we’ve ever had. It’s no wonder there are no customers EVER in the shop. How do they even stay in business? I wish this place could be replaced by a family customer friendly shop instead. Never again.
