I have been buying ties from the silk tie factory for years, and they recently sent me a tie that was the wrong color, burgundy instead of the red I ordered, they sent me the correct tie as quickly as I spoke up.
All my experiences with them have been wonderful, and they have fantastic prices.

So pleased ! Purchased four Donald Trump silk ties as gifts… paid only $ 20 each (Macy’s had the same ties for $ 59 & $ 65) Received free shipping… ties arrived in 4 days in perfect condition !

Purchased two ties. one with a tag and another without. Packaged in a ripped bag and stuffed in a padded envelope. The one without had a crease in it. I cant tell if it was used, but will not dare give it as a gift. Seller refused to pay shipping for a return. I offer to drive it there since I live less that 5 miles away… they wouldn’t accept.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Customer service is not their speciality… they sell to make a quick buck.

Ordered from them, and they sent wrong item. Good businesses stand behind and fix their mistakes… not these turkeys. They expect you to pay the return cost of shipping to get a refund. Good merchants always take the responsibility and pay the return ship if they made the mistake. AVOID Silk Tie Factory. Try the Tie Bar instead… it is outstanding.
