Tiny’s Pizza-N-Pasta

This is review is solely based on the wait time… For delivery when you place an order they give you the eta of 1 hour. It has nearly been 2 hours and I still have not received my order… I called and they stated the order was on its way. For somewhere that’s less than 6 blocks away its ridiculous!.. Based on this alone I will not be ordering from this place again. A bad taste have already been left and I haven’t even received my food.
Just to follow yup after my phone call 20 minutes later no food. I called back to cancel my order and order somewhere else.
When I stated I wanted to cancel the person. On the phone told me well if you placed your order with grub hub we don’t control it they do. I don’t know what that means I said but that’s something you need to fix with them not your customers problem and we shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours. I use grub hub all the time I have never waited this long or even had to cancel an order ever!..
Update: 30 minutes after canceling my order the delivery guy shows up?! Are they serious! I already placed a order with someone else. Sorry not sorry! The lack of communication sucks they shouldn’t even offer delivery service

We’re done with Tiny’s. Too often the mess up the order, but most recently and order places on Seamless had an initial delivery of 45 minutes, then an hour and 15 minutes, but in the end it wasn’t delivered until 2 hours and 45 minutes later. The petulant gal who takes the orders needs to be fired. Her listening skills are absent and her bedside manner is awful.
I don’t care how good the food tastes. I’m never again giving them the opportunity to make me wait and call and wait some more like I said, my wife and I are done with Tiny’s.

The food was very good. I had a personal meat lovers Pizza. It was very good. It had a lot of meat and the crust was cook crispy like I asked for it to be. I also had buffalo wings which were very delicious. I had to the tiramisu for dessert it was wonderful. The delivery man was very polite. I recommend Tiny’s Pizza

Love Tiny’s pizza! Always so friendly. I always thought that Manhattan makes the best pizza, but once I came here I knew the Bronx had some competition in their hands! Highly recommend eating at Tiny’s pizza!

I don’t know why all the bad reviews their pizza is delicious it’s real pizza not that cheap $ 1 pizza that everyone is selling now I have never had a problem with my order and the one time I did they fixed it and redd liveried very quickly good job guys

Best food this is a real whole in the wall for Italian food. The food is really impressive. The pizza is great too. My favorites are the lasagna and the linguine in vodka sauce.

I must say I’m very disappointed as the food is good. I’m (was) a regular and ordered for some time they seamless… I waited this time 2.5 +hours for my delivery, each time (3) it takes longer! I’ll have to go elsewhere ps never got my food!!!

Have been ordering from Tiny’s for many years. They make a nice pizza with unique Seasme pizza base. Prompt delivery.

We love Tiny’s! I never review places but had to because we are so lucky to have a wonderful little neighborhood place right here! The food is
always fresh, service is excellent and everything is made with love! Never disappoints! I was upset by some poor reviews so I had to take the time.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger that didn’t even have cheese, it just looked like a sad sad burger, the other thing I order a Cesar salad with Grilled chicken, the chick was very rubbery and tasted old, the salad was beyond bland.
This place was recommended to me by a neighbor and I will be telling them that their recommendation sucked !

Does not even deserve 1 star. I have been waiting since 10:02pm for my food and still waiting! I have called the location and they have not been helpful, just keep saying «The delivery had 4 other orders» or «the food should be there soon». It is now 12:02am exactly 2 hours and still no food.

3 hour wait for a delivery that is near by. The man on the phone was super rude I will never order from this establishment again! Please beware of the crappy customer service from this establishment and save your self the headache! This is by far the worst food delivery establishment I’ve ordered from ever! Didn’t even offer anything for the horrible experience!
PS: shame on you grubhub for even having this crappy place on the list.

Have always loved Tiny’s. Great pizza, great people, friendly neighborhood spot. They have great stuff aside from pizza as well, including an impressive range of calzones, salads, and wraps. I lived around the corner from Tiny’s for seven years and moved away four years ago. I come in once or twice a year now whenever I’m anywhere nearby just because I like the place so much. Tiny always remembers me, asks how I’m doing, and about my friends and family he remembers. Great spot that more than deserves the business it gets.

Terrible delivery service. It took them close to 2 hours to delivery 2 personal pizzas half a block away! I even called them a hour after placing the order and was told my order was the next one leaving. Not true at all! If I weren’t busy preparing for a next day flight out of town, I would’ve gone down to the actual shop and given them my complaint. However, reviews on Unilocal seems better at this moment!

I ordered food at 7:30 pm. around 8:50pm I called to check the status of my order and was told it was on the way. At 9:20pm the delivery driver informed me that he was in front of my building. I asked about my food being cold and he told me he just left the store 10 mins ago. I don’t know how that’s possible when I was informed 30 mins ago that my food had left the store already. I went downstairs to get my food and the driver wasn’t in front of my building so I had to call back to see where he was. He then brings me something I didn’t order at all. I called the store to see what they were going to do about accommodating the fact that I had now waited 2 hours for food that ended up not being what I ordered! I was told «I dont really know what to do» –_​_​_​– really? Ridiculous!!!

I’m done with this place. Ordered an extra large pizza the other night, included a $ 3 tip for less than half a mile delivery. The order was placed at about 7:30, estimated delivery time was 8:35 — 8:45. There was an event at Yankee Stadium, so fine, willing to wait a bit. At about 8:30, the updated delivery time was 9:05 — 9:15. I called them after 9:15 and told them I’d been waiting over an hour and a half. The guy said «It’s on its way. He already left,» then hung up. Again, they’re less than half a mile away. Called them back at 9:45, well over two hours after placing my order. I got the answering machine. Had to call again, got some girl who laughed while telling me it was REALLY out this time. Clearly they forgot my order and probably would have closed and never sent the pizza if I hadn’t called.

I got, ahem, to speak with Tiny hisself.
Incredible owner! Very very kind, no New York attitude. Talked about the neighborhood, provided safety tips.
Cheap, large slices. Two fiddy for a cheese.

Use to be a great place to order from. Personal pies with sesame seed crust. Now when I order they deliver runny pizzia without the sesame seed. I was so disappointed I wrote a review. Stay away from this place. They use to care. Smh
P. s. called the store and asked for a Mgr. to complain. Guess what no mgr available. Go figure!
Rather buy frozen pizza from the supermarket

Went for a ride w/​a friend to drop something off and decided to try a slice. We shared a plain pizza and wish I had not. This place had one of the best pizza’s I have tasted. This place is Def on my top 5!!!
I love were pizza so for me to say this goes on my top 5 it has to be yummy.
Tiny’s is a cozy little pizza place with a friendly staff. I took a look at the menu and it had a good variety of food.
I have never had pizza w/​a sesame seed crust. I want more!!! It had the right amount of cheese and the right amount of sauce. It was delish.

Ya know, pizza, pasta, delivery.
