Dear Tony’s, Did you know that Zeppolis recipe consisted of Confectioners Sugar? i ordered zeppolis and when i got home and opened the bag they put No sugar on them. It’s like eating cereal without milk. smfh. A box of sugar costs 3 $ and you guys couldnt sprinkle two table spoons on it? if you order from this place do it in person and Check the bag before you leave. Cheap skates!!! this is what turns customers into assholes: neglect, STINGINESS, poor service.

Starving. I stumbled into Tony’s after noticing quite a line for the pizza. I understand now, what the hype is for these slices. Not only is the thick crust delicious but the pizza itself is extremely tasty. I can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great experience on a frigid day Tony!

First off I want to start by saying that they are lucky I even gave them one star. I live near this pizzeria and their pizza isn’t the worst but their delivery is. Where do I start? Well, the first time I ordered a regular pizza pie and when it finally got delivered the cheese was all to one side so I sent it back. The second time I ordered we ordered one pepperoni calzone and one sausage calzone and there was literally only one piece of meat in each calzone. The third time I ordered delivery we ordered a large pie with sausage and pepperoni, when it got delivered the delivery man had bent the pizza box, the toppings were all to one side and barely on half the pizza. When I told the delivery man I didn’t want to accept the pizza, he said that it was my own fault that the pizza was like that. I sent it back and cancelled my order. I will not be ordering from them again. My suggestion if you do want pizza, go somewhere else, anywhere else. Never again will they get my business. Nor the business of my family or friends in the neighborhood, or anywhere else for that matter.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have lived here for 4 years and never once tried this place, but it’s always pretty full when I walk by. I should have sucked it up and went out in the cold to my regular pizza shop. I’ve learned my lesson. I ordered at 7:25. It said the approximate delivery time would be 30 – 45 minutes– I’m all of 3 blocks away, but okay, it’s cold, lots of people must be placing orders. My building has no bells, so I specifically left instructions on seamless to call me so that I could come down and get the food. It’s now 8:53. I hear the delivery guy talking on his phone outside saying that there’s no bells so what should he do. Common sense says that the person on the other end should go back to the seamless order and tell him«oh, she said to call her to come down». No. Now I get my pizza-COLD. To add insult to injury the damn pie isn’t even fresh– it’s very clearly a pie that was made to be served by the slice that they tossed a little extra cheese on and reheated. Fresh pizza my lily white ass. I’ve personally made pizza more appetizing than this crap. In the time it took for my cold, sitting out for god knows how long pizza to arrive– I literally could have made my own from scratch. The only person I have any remorse for is the delivery guy because he had to stand out in the cold for a while since the guy processing the order is a god damn idiot.

horrible customer service. they forgot to add the chicken i paid for and they told me call again and they will send me a free order since they were about to close. call to remind them and the girl who refused to give me her name told me to call the manager tomorrow. they made it seem like i’m lying. so basically they kept my money. food is crappy and their service is crappy.

Just moved to the area and was depressed I couldn’t find a decent pizza place in walking distance. Until I stumbled upon Tony’s. The people are nice. Food was great. Ordered 2 pepperoni slices and a buffalo slice. Will definitely order again!
