My favorite dd in the area! Always get fast and friendly service and the dining area is almost always spotless.

I love Dunkin… just not this one. Probably one of the worst DD I’ve been too. It’s a smaller store but, one of the less busier Dunkin Donuts I’ve seen but some how they are sold out of a lot of things during the day. I guess you have to come in the mornings to make sure you get what you want because chances are they are going to be sold out by the early afternoon.
In the customer service department, it’s lacking like their quantities of donuts.
I’m sticking to the DD’s in Middleburg Heights or the other ones that have a Baskin Robbins in them.

Great location. Since it is close to my house this is the one I always go to. The customer service is fast and friendly. You are out within minutes after you place your order.
With the location that it is at, they always run out donuts fast on week days, so if you want donuts make sure you get there early.
The only dislike I have to say is when you are at the drive through they never tell you your total on order until you pull to the window.

This is one of their smaller units possibly a satellite store. They are limited on their menu and their offerings. Now I will say for the most part they are quick in servicing the customer. You cannot go wrong with their coffee. I have given up going to Starbucks, to expensive and I am not a fan if the roast there. DD has got coffee on their corner, that’s for sure. Parking is very limited in front if the store, there is parking on the side, your best option is drive thru unless you just want to go inside. I usually stop for a coffee and bagel in the morning, again, you cannot go wrong, not a NY bagel but will serve in a pinch so that’s my choice to get me started in the morning.
