I have used them 4 times, and I can say I have had exceptional service to the worst service. It seems like no one communicates with each other or their customers. You have to keep calling to find out status updates. The receptionist knows nothing, when you finally get a designer, either they are really on the ball or they drop the ball completely. Just never know what you will get. Frustrated that I am paying thousands of dollars and that is the service you receive. Need to focus on their customers more.
