Worst customer service I have had ever had! Today was the last straw, I tried to find someone to help me with finding a size, this woman who clearly works in the store standing talking and joking around with another person who works there seemed like I had very rudely interrupted her! Wow really (I suspect she may be the Manger) anyway I asked if she could help me find a size and she said no sorry! I eventually grabbed what I need and went to google the size /​age and figure the sizes were incorrect. I could have gone through the ordeal of changing everything but decided to return the goods for credit and never put my foot in this dump again. I had the same experience at Christmas time, when I shopped there, I spent a lot of money there but never again. What a shame to not train or monitor your awful staff!

Pleasantly surprised after an impromptu trip to Dunham’s. Very wide selection of every sporting good imaginable — golf, hockey, football, baseball, kayaking, etc. — and a small but serviceable camping section. We picked up a 5-​gallon collapsible water jug for half the price Gander Mountain, Cabela’s, etc. charge. I read the staff was not helpful, however, we interacted with 4 different staff members (including cashier) and all were friendly and asked if we needed help finding anything. Dunham’s is not a superstore in a warehouse size establishment, but they do carry a great variety. We will be back; beats paying double the price at a larger competitor!

Do you lack balls?
Dunhams will remedy that for you in short order — there are tons of balls in all varieties, colors and sizes. They even carry lots of sacks to tote your new balls around in.
Ball jokes aside (believe me, I could go on all day) this Dunhams is kind of dimly lit and cluttery. They do have everything you need & then some though — ammo, camping stuff, literal buckets of gum, yoga pants, bike seats and of course, lots of balls.
Don’t expect interest or engagement from the staff — ain’t gonna happen.

This place feels weird everytime you go to it. The building and ceilings are old. The lighting needs to be updated and the fitting rooms smell like an old gym. And it’s always empty here. Kind of sad, really. But if you can get past all that you can indulge on their amazing prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. For the most part they have anything you could want from a sports store. Some of their stuff may not be top of the line, but they have name brands are their prices are insanely cheap. I’m not sure why more people go here. I hope it doesn’t go out of business but wouldn’t be surprised if it did. Until that day comes, I’ll continue to come here and score some great deals.
