Really poor service. What happened? This was such a nice place. Although no one expects great service at Harbor Freight tools, people do expect friendly knowledgeable staff. At 2 – 3 pm today, they had one manager and a cashier with really poor communication skills — I actually heard him say to a customer«I don’t know if you are lying to me». Wow!

Any time i review a location I am always interested in exploring details from other users reviews as well as staff and product quality. I have been to this harbor freight location probably 3 – 4 times and it has always been a quite hardware store that has some extraordinary prices. While the prices are very fare the staff can be hit or miss. I have had 1 employee help me with finding a item and they were great. On another trip I had an employee who didn’t seem to care and told me to come back next week. I haven’t had the opportunity to deal with management so i cant comment on previous reviews. For staff i recommend if first you don’t succeed try finding someone else. While the prices would infer a lower quality product, I would have to disagree. I have purchased a number of tools here and I am extremely happy with almost all of them. I tend to look up the specifications prior to purchasing but everything is pretty labeled on their packaging and I have been pretty content.

Horrible place that management just pretends like they want to help you and they never follow through. Went there 5 times to find something i had a coupon and after the fifth time a manager said he would call me when they came in the next day. No such calls ever received and when I called two days later to see what was going on I had a manager that was rude and tried to claim they have had that product in the store the whole time when every time I was there and could not find it i asked an employee to look. So after this whole ordeal(which I never got the product because surprise surprise they were not there for the sixth time) I called customer service and waiting on hold for 45 mins waiting for an agent until the system hung up on me. Then I proceeded to email customer service asking for a call from a district manager or higher and after multiple emails back and forth i still have no phone call. This company should not be allowed to advertise something they dont have in stock, as well as all these managers that can’t/refuse to call customers should all be fired. I chose to spend more money and go to a company that actually treats their customers with respect. I suggest everyone else does the same to show Harbor Freight that this kind of poor customer service and lack of sale inventory will not be accepted!
