Jersey Mike’s Subs

This place is awesome! The food was amazing and the staff was altogether great people! They hosted our youth group fundraiser and it went off with a bang. I love the people here and the customers were even great to great at the door. They all welcomed you here like you are part of the Jersey Mike family. I shall be back. No more subway for me!!!

Bleh. Don’t know what the fuss is about. It’s basically like subway, just another chain sub place. I’d rather eat at subway between the two, but I’d much rather eat at a deli and support the locals

Jersey Mikes finally reaches New England! The in house specialty is steak sandwiches and they do a great job. I like the italian combo, but it’s a bit long on ham, just a bit short on spicy italian deli meat flavor. Veggies are fresh, rolls are very good, prep good, staff is friendly. Dining area is expansive and TV’s are there to keep you up to date on news and culture shows. Solid shop, a mile above Subway and making hot or cold subs just the way you like them. Check out the GIANT size, a bit pricey, but chopped in four is easy to share.

Excellent service. So easy to order online and pick up in the store. The food has always been ready when we arrived for pickup. It’s packaged nicely and the quality is second to none. It’s like Subway but a little pricier, but the freshness is totally worth the extra cost. Excellent food, definitely filling, and they are extra attentive to special requests. We will definitely be back!

If heaven makes roast beef sandwiches, this is what they taste like! Never have I ever been disappointed with a #jerseymikessub or the kind staff. If you haven’t been to the one in Brookfield across from Costco, your life is incomplete. (Do you think I like a good roast beef sandwich?) Hold your judgement on the mayo #backoff #itsdelicious I’ll be going back, probably today! Feeling a little obsessed haha

Like Subway, etc but more expensive — sandwiches are better though. Meats are sliced fresh in front of you which is more than most places can say.
I always liked the #6 when I lived by the one in Branford. Brookfield doesn’t disappoint either… now if we could get one in/​around Naugatuck it’d be DELIGHTFUL.

Overpriced, small portions. 1 star for good taste. The chain is a disappointment compared to the first few original locations. Better than all other chain sub shops, but the prices are ridiculous.

Great sandwiches if you get a chance go to them they are a great chain of Delicious sandwiches

50% more expensive than Subway but only 10% better. Not worth it in my option. I got a grinder, chips and fountain soda and it was $ 12. The sandwich was on the small side. Tasted ok but I certainly wasn’t wowed.

Good sub’s. Great people. They know how to hire a really friendly staff. You feel at home quickly.

This place has such tasty subs! It was my first time going here after hearing really good things from so many people. I was not disappointed! The shop is very clean and the staff are quite friendly. I work at Best Buy and the owner once stopped in and gave me a card for a free sandwich. I returned his generous gift by buying one and getting one. B/​c my experience was so good I’m definitely going to be coming back over and over. This place is SO MUCH better than Subway. Subway is garbage compared to Jersey Mikes.
I got a Chicken Parm from Jerseys that tasted just about as good as I have had it at any other sandwich shop. It was very tasty and piping hot too! Next time I’m going to ask for the bread to be toasted. They didn’t ask me if I wanted the bread toasted but that’s how I like it. Hopefully they’ll do it too if I ask. The Philly is stupendous however! Very cheesey and extremely delicious. I’ve never had a cheesesteak that tastes so good! Granted I have never had an authentic one in Philly w/​the Cheese Whiz but I’ll have to try that one day and compare it to Jerseys. I’m going to eat too many cheesesteaks on my 30 minute break at Best Buy now :)
I’m so happy that I tried this place. I’m going to go back tomorrow and the next day and the next day. I also saw that this Business is holding an event where 100% of profits will go to charity! Wow! What a beautiful thing to do! Any place that does these types of thing can take my money. It makes me want to dine often. I really like to go to places where I know the owners are good people. I don’t know the owner personally but I can definitely say that he cares about his community and his customers. That’s the #1 thing I care about as a customer. I am more than happy to give this place my continued business.

So happy I found this place had the chipolte chicken philly was so yummy!
Also have tryed the club sandwich with everything on it very fresh and good.
They cut the meat right there and place is very clean. Will be going back soon!

Love that it’s not just a normal chain sub joint. Cuts the meat right in front of you so you know it’s fresh. staff is friendly. Good new location.

I honestly didn’t realize this place was even built in the area until one of my friends mentioned it before a late night food run. Tempted and curious, I joined in to give it a shot.
Located across the Costco parking lot and the Brookfield branch of Union Savings Bank, Jersey Mike’s might be difficult to see while driving up Federal Road. I know during the most recent trip I made there I almost missed the entrance to the plaza, but even if you do, turning around isn’t that big of a deal. The restaurant is fairly open with plenty of seats to accommodate customers. The menu hangs over the deli counter and is kept pretty simple, it is a deli after all, but I’m not complaining, that’s really how it should be. Jersey Mike’s splits the types of subs they have to offer between hot and cold sandwiches, both with a number of favorites. I’ve been there on multiple occasions, so I’ve been able to taste both sides, very satisfied mind you. I mentioned the deli counter, yes they have one. All of the cold cuts are sliced fresh in front of you, so you don’t have to question how long the pre-​cut cold cuts have been sitting out in the open as if you were at a Subway. The portions of meat are pretty generous too.
I guess what sets Jersey Mike’s apart from most other commercial sandwich shops is the way they dress up your sub. They load, and I mean load up your sandwich with toppings. I’ve also never seen so much oil and vinegar doused on a sub before, but Jersey Mike’s will definitely show you how it’s done. Regardless of how that might sound a little unappetizing, I assure you it’s incredibly delicious. The bread they use is also perfect, even after being drenched with oil and vinegar. I recommend the Super Sub with all of the toppings or the Grilled Pastrami Reuben as is.
If you’re around the area, try Jersey Mike’s out, it has my vote.

This was my first time here and I ordered their special of provolone, roast beef with a layer of pepperoni. Of course as any first-​timer I had to have my sandwich «juiced» mike’s way. I have to say it was one of the best subs I have had in a very long time. I honestly thought that the «juice» would make the sandwich soggy and gross but it actually made it delicious. I know it’s a franchise sub place but it was 50x better than those places. The ingredients were as fresh as you can get them on a sandwich.

My boyfriend lives just down the street from this Jersey Mike’s and we were excited for it to open. We were there within days of the grand opening and they were PACKED! But even though they were crazy busy, we didn’t have to wait too long to get our subs and Brian, the owner, even stopped by our table to say hello and chat with us for a few moments.
The food is great! We’ve been in several times and have both tried a bunch of the sandwiches and have loved each and every one. My favorite is the #8 Sub Club (Jersey Mike’s way, of couse) and I’m loving the option of a «Sub in a Tub» so that I can save a few calories and carbs and have it like a salad. AWESOME! Though, the sub rolls they use are really delicious, so it can be a tough choice!
I also like that Jersey Mike’s as a company, is so philanthropic. The company donates to many different causes including Food Banks, Cancer Research and Veterans organizations. Brian, the owner of this franchise, seem fully committed to this company philosphy and told us that he has lots of plans to give back to the community that supports his business. Gotta love that.
Don’t forget to sign up for a Shore Points Card (the rewards program) to earn points towards free subs.
PS — Parking there is great because it’s a really big, new lot and there is a traffic light at the entrance for easy in and out.

It’s only been open a few weeks but I’ve been like 3 times.
Great subs. I was there the day after it opened: The place was off-​the-​wall crazy and the employees didn’t know what the hell was going on. I think I got two subs for a dollar. Despite the chaos, everything was delicious. Whatever you get, make sure you add bacon. That’s my tip for you, my friend.
Don’t forget the complimentary valet parking!

Finally a sub place that makes subs that I had as a child growing up in Jersey! I don’t live in NJ anymore and any deli around here just isn’t the same. Jersey Mike’s makes the best subs! #13 is the best! Everything was so fresh. They cut the deli meat right in front of you. The veggies are ripe and fresh. Bread is baked daily right there. Very happy with this location in Brookfield right across from Costco. Place is new and very clean. They moved the line quick and efficiently. Will be eating here again!
