Terrible customer service. Associates in the window just ignore you without coming to the door. I would not waste your money at this location.

Monday night 9pm mcflurry order at the drive thru. Had some very unfriendly, slow and rude woman who apparently would rather be anywhere else take our order. The kind of service that keeps me from coming back.

I just sat in line for 14 minutes waiting on my order. I get it and the french fries are stone cold. I go back around and have to wait another 4 minutes, behind 4 cars. Completely ridiculous.

This is still bad. The workers are now on their cell phones and are still messing up orders. Food still does not taste good. I do not ever want to come back here ever again.

ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT with this very, very nice restaurant. They’ve now put TVs in every location in the restaurant. If you’d like to relax, sit and talk with friends or read a book, this isn’t the place. They made sure it’s impossible to not hear the TV from every table in the place.

It may be a chain, but individuals make up the experience — even in huge multi-​billion dollar businesses. This is no exception.
While the atmosphere is pretty much what you would expect, it is not something guaranteed. The space is pleasing, the staff is courteous. However, it seems to take a while for them to get around to wiping down tables. After sitting and finishing a meal, there were tables nearby that had not yet been wiped down when we arrived, and still had yet to be wiped down even after finishing. I would imagine, and hope, during high traffic times they would be more attentive to this.
When they did go around cleaning, the staff did ask if our experience was nice, which it was.

As a mom of a three year old, I hate to admit it, but I have been to more Mc Donald’s then I can count. This location I have found to have the best interior atmosphere. One almost might mistake it for another restaurant. That is a plus in my book. They have exchanged red and yellow for dark blue and maple wood.
Our staff this morning were courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my difficult coffee order and make sure she had it correct. My coffee is very important to me in the morning and I really appreciated her care of my order this morning.
This has not been a regular ongoing problem, but this morning, for what ever reason there seemed to be a general lack of cleanliness. Most of the tables were not wiped down and the drink bar was messy with straw papers, etc strewed about.
