Papa Murphy’s

Papa Murphys is the ideal take and bake restaurant. The pizza is certainly customizable and delicious and salads, drinks, and garlic bread add ons are offered. I’ve had some issues with this store in particular, mainly with taking orders and calling in. I’ve called in twice to have my order made ahead for an easy in-​out sweep, but both times the pizzas have been wrong. Not just with an unnecessary topping or wrong sauce, but wrong size, crust, and not even close toppings. It completely eliminated the call ahead efficiency because I had to wait for them to redo the order anyway. Their salads are not consistently fresh either. Many a time have I gotten home to open up a salad with brown lettuce. The restaurant chain is good but maybe not this store in particular.

Their Buffalo Chicken Pizza was absolutely disgusting. I personally came into the store and told the manager that none of my party guests would even eat it. They threw it away! The store manager told me that there was nothing that she could do and that she would contact the store owner and that I would receive a call. After a week I received no call. I eventually called the owner directly. She accused me of lying, told me she didn’t believe that I even bought pizzas from her and that she was going to check the cameras to see if I ever came in. Because apparently I spend my free time calling random pizza places and complaining? Eventually she found my receipts and never apologized for accusing me of being a liar. When I complained that this was extremely poor customer service she hung up on me! Before this incident I was a frequent Papa Murphy’s customer. Now I will never go back. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service.

Bad customer service. Found a dirty topping on Pizza and was told that can happen and they would discount my next pizza but only this one time but never again. Was a good customer before this and a simply apology would have worked for me. Don’t think I will be using that future discount.
