My new iphone glass was cracked and just had it fixed! They did an amazing job. I didnt even know a place like this existed until I researched it around. It is expensive so I will advice everyone to call around first. Every place will give you a different price. They charged me $ 179 to fix my iphone 6s plus. At first they asked me to pay $ 199 but I told him that another UBREAKIFIX were charging $ 179. They agreed to match the price. There were places that were asking for up to $ 249. It is located next to a Starbucks, Chipotle and subway. Drop it off for an hour or so, grab some coffee and it will be ready for you.

My clumsiness struck hard when my phone fell out of my pocket face down onto gravel the other night. The touch screen still worked fine, but the 3 major cracks were spreading throughout the whole screen as time went on. I was recommended here by two co-​workers who had to repair their teenager’s phones. I called ahead of time for a quote. They gave me a quote and ensured that the parts needed for me were in stock. They allow walk-​in appointments, so I took it in later that day, and it was ready to be picked up in 2 – 3 hours as promised. They ran a diagnostics test in front of me when I arrived, so the customer and staff were on the same page regarding what needed to be done. They did the same upon completion of replacing the screen and allowed me to double check everything myself before paying and providing a signature. At that time, it was noted that the headphone jack wasn’t working. They will be replacing that for me free of charge next week when the parts for that arrive. In the meantime, I have my phone back. The price charged for everything was actually less than what Samsung or Sprint would have charged me, and I received my phone in a MUCH timelier fashion (Samsung would have had my phone for up to 2 weeks!). They have cases and protectors available, but there was no sales pressure. Of course, it would be wise to make a purchase as long as you’re there for your damaged phone.
Hopefully I will not make the same mistake twice, but if I do or know someone who needs their cell phone, tablet, or computer repaired, I will certainly refer them here!

No one wants to pay to get there phones repaired but these guys were great. I was able to walk in and my screen was repaired in 30 mins. My phone looks brand new. I also took the opportunity to buy a protective screen cover (no sales pressure) and they look money off the protector because of my repair plus put the screen on with no additional cost to me. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Life savers! I shattered my iPhone 6 screen on a Friday night and brought it in on a Saturday. They were quick, easy, quoted me a fair price and BOOM– 60 minutes later, my phone was as good as new. They even ran a diagnostic test when I brought it in to make sure nothing else was damaged, which I really appreciated. I’m so glad I decided to go here after I read the other Unilocal reviews. If I ever have another accident, I’ve got uBreakiFix bookmarked.

The facility was clean and neat, makes you «feel» good about the quality of their work! Plus, the pricing is great! AND the customer service was SUPER!!! Really appreciate good customer service.

A similar business nearby would have charged me additional $ 40 for the same iPhone screen repair, and they weren’t friendly when I called for a quote. uBreakiFix excelled across the board, with no appointment necessary. An additional feature that set this business apart is the tracking number provided for your repair. When entered on the business’s website, this tracking number shows the repair’s progress. Though given an estimated repair time of an hour, I stayed informed via the website and found my repair finished and ready only 40 minutes after I dropped it off! Don’t hesitate; this is the place to go!

Great, great option if the inevitable happens to your phone. Kiddo had a cracked glass screen on his iPhone. Both Hubby and I had cracked the protector screens on ours. Yeah, yeah we’re a clumsy lot.
They replaced them all. Gave us a quantity discount of $ 5 off each of the replacement protector screens.$ 25 versus $ 30 for product plus install. Replacing the actually glass on kiddos iPhone 6plus was $ 130. Insurance replacement from Sprint would have been $ 200.
The fixed everything promptly, were courteous, followed up with phone calls, emails to let us know when finished. Couldn’t recommend more!

My less than 1 year old IPhone 6 randomly stopped holding charging (except in a very strange upside-​down angle position) Took to Apple ASAP, which had almost no Genius Bar appts for the entire weekend. Their «Genius» with a tiny microscope and flashlight told me that 2 prongs inside the dock were broken, and it had a «speck» (literally, he said speck) of corrosion which indicated I had water «damage». Warranty won’t cover. «Here look inside with this tiny microscope and tell me that you agree with my assessment.» «Now pay me $ 300 to fix.» My thoughts: FUUUUUUUUU***** that.
He suggested I go to AT&T to see what options my phone plan were-​AKA get a new phone.
Fast forward, 30 minutes: Car ride over to uBreakiFix, quick chat with Cordell, less than the promised 2 hour repair window, under $ 100, my phone is good as new.
Lesson learned: Apple «Geniuses» are evil, money-​making minions, and uBreakiFix will give you great service, better guarantees, shorter lines, and WAY lower prices. In my most sensitive times of Apple product turmoil, I’ll head there first. THANkS!

Phenomenal customer service & work! They are respectful & professional people. They take pride in their work and the integrity of their company. I got my iPhone screen fixed with new tempered glass protector in about 35min & it’s a stellar job! So grateful for this place & I highly recommend this place for a repair as they’re transparent in their work, timely and results driven. They don’t sacrifice or cut corners & it shows. Thank you!

This location has great staff members working on the service bench. VERY fair pricing on parts and service. I brought in my phone right before close one evening and it needed an extra repair part that they didn’t have in stock. So they ordered the part overnight and next day had my phone fixed and ready to go first thing in the morning. Very fast and high quality customer service. This is the place to go if you have a broken phone or tablet that needs fixing.

I drop my phone a lot. One night while out on a walk, I dropped it again. This time it fell face down on cement. My friend shrieked in horror as I picked it up and saw the glass was broke. So the next day, I went to get it replaced. Rob and Chazz were more than nice, and it was done 90 minutes later on a Saturday. The replacement glass on my iPhone 6 looks exactly like the original, and at a good price, too. It’s also good to know they fix phones with water damage. Too bad I couldn’t have found my phone that fell in the river…
I will be back if I ever run into this problem again. And chances are, I will.

The customer service at this location is very impressive. I’ve been here twice now and both times they’ve been very accommodating and friendly; the team there is awesome. They do great work in a timely fashion and they stand behind anything they do. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs an electronic device repaired.

Smashed my phone in LA and went to a store out there (UbreakIfix) and got it repaired. Well a Month later the screen started coming up. They have a nationwide warranty between stores so I ended up at this location. Couldn’t be more pleased. I worked with two guys, BJ and a new guy and they were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help me and make sure my experience was up to par. I highly recommend this place. I noticed on the wall a «store of the month» award and I saw it was for march 2015, not surprised at all after my experience. Thank you for you help and going the extra mile. While I hope I never need your services again, if anyone I know or myself do, you’ll be the first place i recommend!

Quick and excellent service. My daughter cracked her screen and it would have cost us MORE to fix it at our phone store (even though we pay for insurance). I would go back again.

My son’s iPhone got stepped in with cleats at lacrosse practice. Brand new. went to Apple. Said to replace the screen the phone would lose all the data. Went to Batteries Plus. Couldn’t help. Called ubreakifix after hours. Was going to call them back but my phone rang at 9:30 this morning and Kordell says. I saw a missed call, can I help you? Come on. .this is unheard of. Great customer service. He put a screen aside for us. We brought it in. 45 minutes later. phone is new again.

Broke my iPhone 6 screen on a walk on Sunday and couldn’t bear to keep using with the condition of the screen. I made an appointment and not only did they get me in same day, but allowed me to drop off earlier to ensure I got my phone back same day. My iPhone is good as new. Glad I didn’t let Sprint talk me into LEASING a new phone (really, no offer to repair, just replace). Service was great (thanks Cordell!) expedient and very reasonably priced considering the alternative.

Fast and efficient! Saved me a ton of money that I would of spent on replacing my broken screen on my iPhone 6 plus.

5 Stars isn’t enough. I brought a 4^th Generation U2 Edition IPod that wasn’t working to the Brookfield store. Chazz H. greeted me and asked some preliminary questions to determine my needs. He said they don’t see many iPods but wasn’t discouraged and said he should be able to fix it. He ran some tests, asked a few more questions and wrote me up. He said it would take about 8 days. No problem, I was in no hurry. I got a call in 3 days stating it was ready and working beautifully. Very impressed with the personal attention and service. Chazz was there when I picked it up however, I was assisted this time by Robert K. Well done guys!

I broke my iphone 5s screen while visiting Milwaukee for the weekend. Lucky to find uBreakiFix. Very impressed with the customer service and professionalism with an affordable price. The owner Rob knows what he is doing. He fixed my phone in 1 hr and the screen looks better than new. Also was able to buy a new case for my phone which I badly needed.
