I did not have any spa services, but had such great service and was impressed by the range of beauty and skincare products the store carries. I had a facial treatment (waxing) somewhere else two weeks before my wedding and came in freaking out. The two girls there on a Sunday calmed me down, and talked me through a few products that would help my skin clear up fast. They were also conscious of the various price points (given that this was a temporary skincare condition) and gave me just the right products — not too many. They were also really helpful in finding a few makeup items.

Though I only came in to purchase lashes for that very evening before my hair appointment, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy to see they stock Oribe and a generous supply of candles. I love it here and will most likely pop in before/​after each hair appointment.

The lighting in this store is horrid, so I was sold a color that was so wrong, it looked like actors makeup. To return it and not able to find the right match was not so easy. I was given a credit and not allowed to get money back. This was not my error, it was the store’s. two months later the right color still not in. I had to demand a refund.
Very expensive. Sephora far better.
