For some reason the SSN on my account is wrong, and whenever I phoned they told me to come in to the store. Now I am standing in the store with the sales associate on the phone with another associate because he doesn’t know how to change the account. Meanwhile another customer is trying to negotiate with this associate while music is booming through the loud speaker while we’re waiting for the associate to look up some policy. After speaking to the associate she didn’t have an answer either. Now the sales rep is phoning someone else. Needless to say I’m still waiting… The rep’s name is Sadrac. Good luck to anyone having to deal with him in the future!

Visited this store 3 time within a week and had good impression because of the staff. Marcos assisted me to trade in and get a new phone. He was kind, knowledgeable of their products and patient. David, who appears being a supervisor, helped me exchange a new cell phone when I found the one I just got did not fit my needs. He is also knowledgeable of T mobile services and cell phones. He also recognized my loyalty with T Mobile, and made sure I was rewarded for that. The trainees could probably do a better job at attending to customers in a timely manner.

I just went to this store and got completely ignored. As in, no acknowledgement or eye contact when I walked in and both of the people working there were helping other people, then when one of the other customers left the person helping him started helping the one person left(who was already being helped by the other associate; again, no acknowledgment or eye contact), then when another person walked into the store he pulled himself away to help the new customer. I was too… something, to say anything so I left. I’ve never felt like I was wearing an invisibility cloak before. I don’t tend to have very high standards for customer service but I have zero interest in being treated that way so I’m getting a new carrier.

Typical experience: I walk in, there is one sales person attending a customer while 2 other customers are waiting to be served. Meanwhile there are 2 – 3 employees chatting in the back of the store(not sure what their job is…) No one acknowledges me entering or gives an estimate of the wait. Average wait time: 20 – 30 minutes. Once it’s your turn, service is professional and courteous.

T-mobile network is not excellent…

I’ve had T-mobile for years now(no real reason to want to leave and it seems like a pain to switch), part of the reason we’ve been delaying the husband switching over from his carrier(which changed since yesterday because apparently it’s not that much of a pain). But this review is for this branch, not the carrier. I’ve come in a few times now with random questions and issues(mostly equipment related) and have been pleased with the service each time. Surprisingly not that busy, the employees are ready to help and thorough. Just went yesterday so the fellas, Boris and Rafael, stick out. They were helpful and personable, even at the end of their Friday work day. Clean set-up, not overwhelmingly huge, and so bright and pink you can notice it from afar. Conveniently located in Coolidge Corner, as well.

Every time I went there had to wait for a long time, 30 – 50 minutes to talk to someone, then they are rude and trying to sell you useless services and gadgets. Harvard Square office is much much better, competent, quick, helpful.

Super informative staff, I just felt bad that I couldn’t buy from there because their system was down. Every question we had, no matter how strange, he had the answer.

I stupidly lost my phone on the bus, so I went whining into the closest T-Mobile store to get my account deactivated. They were nice enough to give me a loaner phone so I could still talk and text while I figured out how to get a replacement. That’s great service.

This is the best branch I’ve found for tech support and for lack of excuses. If more of the male staff would bathe regularly, then it would be perfect.

Hands down, the coolest cell phone store ever. Donna knows her way around a cell phone, let me tell you. She’s like a cell phone guru or something. Natalie is the sweetest gal. I was running late to my eye appointment next door, so I left all my information with her and left. She actually came into Lenscrafters to get me when my cell phone was ready. And you thought all cell phone stores were the same. Nope. This one’s special.
