As I was driving home from work today I attempted to order a few pitas. After calling and speaking with a gentleman named Tyler, I was quickly informed they don’t accept orders over the phone and I must do this online. I mentioned that I’m driving and unable to order online, Tyler went on to reaffirm they only take orders online. I ended up going to subway and waiting in line due to poor customer service.

Fast & friendly. I am glad I can get a big salad for the same price as a wrap. I wish they had a drive thru! And more locations.

It’s been a long time since unedible fat chunks were in my sandwich. Came across this twice. No expiration date on the coupon and when the woman said it’s expired I asked and she pointed at the sign next to the register. I was with one other and they look at us and ask white or wheat. Not sure who they are talking to. Then ask what you’d like on inside. Once again why are you looking at both of us? Which one? Then mine was a little messy. Tried to find a fork but none around. Because why would a restaurant have forks. 2nd time here. Not good quality and quite small. Lunchtime you’ll be scrambled.

Got a bogo coupon from my Cub reciept so I finally went to check this place out.(I’ve had it one other time at MOA and really liked it then) Overall it was a great experience! Took a little while to get our food but it was worth the wait! I would eat this over subway anyday. Way more meat/veggie options and everything doesn’t seem as processed as subways stuff.

Great food, not so great service. Long wait and lots of employees standing around not moving people through the line.

Let’s support the local shops, sure thing. However didn’t realize this was a franchise. OK so I will try my best to be objective. I was looking forward to a local healthier option in the neighborhood. Meh not a fan here’s why: Thumbs up: –More business and options in the area, good thing –Parking no prob! –Variety of wrap options –Fairly clean, restroom too The deciding factors for the 2 star review. Thumbs down: –Awkward staff, no greetings, you’re a new place looked at us like«don’t you know what you’re ordering??» Hello you’re a new shop, most likely I haven’t been here I don’t know what I want, give me a minute. –No smiles = not friendly=not happy patron –Not reasonable $$ 2 wraps for 15 bucks and they were meh, eh, no flavor, bland, plain shall I say not tastey. I had the veggie falafel, my husband had something not memorable to me or him. –If I wanted subway wraps I would go to subway, for cheaper and probably better service. I would return to give them another shot thinking the kinks of hiring could be worked out, however the food isn’t going to change, therfore neither will the flavor especially if its a franchise. No thank you, better off making a sammie at home.
