I can’t comment on the pizza as I sit in my apartment starving. I ordered a cheese and white pizza with broccoli. Pizzas never came because they ran out of broccoli. It was via seamless so the best option instead of sending one pizza without broccoli is to send no pizzas at all. We live in the only place in the world with a grocery store on every block but I am guessing that the broccoli species has become extinct because I can’t imagine another logical explanation. Come on business owner. All pizza in NYC is garbage. Keep an emergency bag of frozen broccoli in the back fridge. Yes I would have been upset if my pizza showed up with no broccoli but I don’t even like broccoli that much. No one eats pizza to get their daily dose of vegetables in. I dont understand, it’s $ 1 pizza. what did you expect gourmet? I won’t say the pizza is great, but it hits the spot when your on the go, or when you got two bucks. Whenever I’m around LIU, I stop by. Yes the floors are kinda dirty(high schoolers) and limited seating, but It’s a DOLLAR!

Downtown Brooklyn needs more places like this. Dollar pizza that is made and served at lightning speed when business picks up. The quality is not compromised and the space is adequately big to accommodate the hoards of high schoolers that come through in the afternoon.

An insult to NYC pizza. At best a notch above a Sbarro’s in some mall I the middle of nowhere. Undercooked crust and gluey cheese. Look elsewhere

Do I have to give any stars? This place is filthy and by far the worst pizza shop EVER! I ordered my pizza which took forever. The men behind the counter were busy handling cash and food with no gloves while checking cellphones and ladies all at the same time. While waiting I had to use the restroom so I went in and to my dismay it was filled with trash. Yes garbage in giant black plastic bags swarming with flies. Both sink and toilet were unreachable. I’m assuming the staff uses the same restroom right? Immediately did a u-turn and exited the store. Went back to sit in my car looking into the Resturant in disgust. I’m sorry to say but Two Bros is officially on my «Sh!t list» for places not to eat.

When they first opened up they were excellent. The place would be packed all of the time. Now when I go in there it’s to scope out the slices and I usually walk out. The lack of cheese is just sad. You can’t even ask for an extra cheese slice! You’re better off getting a slice with topping because it seems those don’t have a lack of cheese.

Tasty and authentic. And the price is very acceptable.

Definitely not enough cheese. Barely enough tomato sauce to even call this pizza. Lacking in taste in every category. The slices are not huge floppy New York slices; just standard size; and very stiff/tough in texture. Overcooked. They come out a burned/dark and the thin cheese scorched nearly away. Way too much dough is used so that its basically like eating thick, crackly, charred cardboard. Mainly what you taste is the two textures of the dough: inside vs outside. Everything else is negligible. Its just not enough to give you a decent pizza experience. All that being said, sometimes you just need something hot/filling/tasteless. $ 1 pizza is exactly what it signifies. Really cheap, hot, fresh, fast… but not great tasting. But in the hustle/bustle of city life, sometimes you just ignore all these negatives and just go with tha’ flow. The joint itself is located in one of the crummiest commercial eyesores in Brooklyn: jarring/nerve-jangling Flatbush Ave. All sorts of beggars, punks, thugs, street-scum, and riff-raff abound. Yes there are cleanliness issues at 2 Bros… numerous issues. Just one example: the black guys working the cash register, handle people’s filthy money and then – without a blink– handle your pizza with THEIRBAREHANDS. But.whatever. It is what it is. Ya need something in your stomach so you stop here for 5 minutes, wolf down a slice and move on. Its kinda neat the way they have long, low benches lining the walls as if they stole them from a baseball dugout. Makes for convenient, easy in/out. I’d come again.

Whats there not to love about a dollar please? What kind of pizza and service do you expect for a dollar pizza? I give it 5 stars, place is quick, always ready to hand you as many slices as you want, no ifs nor buts. I have never been disappointed with a dollar pizza, plain and simple. Staff b doing their job.

Cheap, quick and tasty! If you come before 2 pm, its not always fresh. And cashier is rude.

I love stopping by this place then ever I am down town Brooklyn. They have this $ 1 slice pizza. It is always right out of the oven, and I always get at lease 2 slice to eat when I am there. If only they would put a little more cheese on the pizza. That is the only fault. The pizza place is always crowded, but the service is always fast. You also need to pay with cash. I heard that there are places that serves better dollar pizza, but I have not eaten from any of these dollar pizza place. Try it out.

Went here on a recommendation from a friend of mine who is from Brooklyn. This place was delicious and easy on the wallet. I enjoy these $.99 slice pizza joints in Brooklyn much more than the coveted places that start with a G. Stop in here if you are in the area. Worth all 99 pennies.

A good pizza for the price. They get a lot of foot traffic so you’ll get something fresh. The place seemed a bit dirty and seating wasn’t very comfortable. They have a good special, two slices and a soda for less than three dollars. Not a bad place to catch a bite at a lot price.

This $ 1 slice is just fine. I used to eat it before I found out there were several better dolla options if you wade into the mall. But don’t get me wrong; it’s just fine. A few desperate months ago I ate here for both lunch and dinner and got a little bit of a throat cold– granted it was the winter and I was sucking wind hard trying to blow off the fresh slices. I love the widdle tables and the widdle benches and how there is no door so the people just spill out into the street with their pizzas like trash from a hoarder’s garage.

Cheap and quick. Three slices only cost me $ 5 and I waited less than 5 minutes to have the pizza reheated in the oven. The pizza is really crunchy and the ingredients taste good too. I would personally recommend the mushroom if you have no problem eating them. The only disappointment is you rely completely on luck if they have what you want. Pepperoni and white pizza was out so I couldn’t get either. You can also get free wifi from the stores nearby so it wouldn’t be too bad to grab a seat if you’re okay with the place being hot and hectic.

Tasty cheap pizza. Two Bros. Hoards of high school kids. Scarce seating. Stand up eating. A solid everything slice for $ 2.50, or bare bones for $ 1. Guys working the oven are fast and to the point. What more do you want?

Where else can you get pizza(a full sized slice) for $ 1? I love 2 Bros. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. With $ 12 you could feed 4 people(2 slices each and 4 drinks). Minus one star for those tiny, hard to eat on tables. Overall: I’ll be back

If you want to see the cesspool of Flatbush of the 1970s and 80s, stay here for a couple hours during lunch and dinner. You’ll meet the most interesting people off their psych pills and the occasional meth addict asking for change. While you enjoy the real life entertainment, you can eat like a king for under $ 5USD. Plain slices are fresh(as much as it is possible). DONOT order any toppings and ALWAYS use a straw with the soda can. Service is muy exellente! And if your paycheck is coming tomorrow and your stomach can handle eating paper products, your best bet is to come here to quash that hunger and hold it off until the check clears.

I’ve been here once, but the one time I went the pizza was fresh, hot, big, cheesy, and well seasoned. It must have been a good day. This was quality pizza for only one dollar. It tasted like at least a 2.25 slice They have the pizza ready before you can get out your dollar. The scene ranges from homeless people to students to people taking a lunch break from work. I had mine to go. This one was definitely better than any dollar slice I’ve had.
