I wouldn’t go here. First, they have limited hours. They are only open Monday and Wednesday. Second, they have poor customer service. They need to train or retrain their front staff. Third, my treatment by Dr. Smart was horrible and unnecessarily painful.

WORST experience. I traveled all the way to this office for a 3 pm appointment. Upon signing in, the receptionist then notified me that they have been trying to get in contact with me to let me know as of last week the doctor stopped accepting my insurance. She said they left me a voicemail about my insurance, which was untrue. I received a call from an automated system confirming my appointment, as well as a personal call (during which no information was given about my insurance).
I explained this and said that I did not receive this information, after which she went on to say that she personally called and left me a message today. Once again no message.
TERRIBLE new patient experience! I will not be rescheduling at the Manhattan office as she suggested (which is significantly out of my way). Lack of professionalism!
