Terrible Products… They should be ashamed!!!
Used this service for my wedding in March 2011.
The wedding was being held outdoors in the park so we needed 20 folding chairs, 2 folding tables and 2 table cloths. It was a simple wedding, nothing elaborate… very intimate… family and a few cherished friends only.
Our items arrived the day before the wedding and it was a disaster!
— The tables were old and rusty in certain areas
— The chairs were dirty. Some even had liquid spill stains from the previous users.
The only thing of good quality was the linen which came in sealed plastic bags and nicely pressed (perhaps from an outside contractor clearly of better business standards!!!).
The tables and chairs that arrived looked nothing like the items listed on their website in terms of cleanliness. My fiancé’ (now husband) was outraged and certainly let them know it. He requested that the items be exchanged promptly! They came back with replacements but these too were of poor quality so he sent them back as well. By the third delivery we simply gave up because it seemed the products in the category we ordered were all of poor quality. Thank goodness the table cloths were decent to cover up the poor excuse of tables we had to use. We thought we were saving money by renting these items but what we got was a huge headache instead! All Occasions Party & Tent Rental should be ashamed of the poor quality of the products they offer to customers. We were disgusted and will never use their service again!!!

I am writing this review to WARN potential customers. I rented gold chairs and round tables for a large home dinner party. The chairs were spray painted gold and were severely chipped and continued to flake onto the black tablecloths during our party. It was embarrassing. One of the tables looked to be about 50 years old and was totally wobbly. I took pictures and called the company immediately. They said they would refund 25% of my order. I wrote them, called them repeatedly and even sent a note to the BBB. No luck. They are low quality, bad service. Specifically Moses did not make good on his promise. Do not use them. AKA All in One Char + Party Rentals and Party Busters.
