Eddie made my Mercedes Benz s 550 look new again, great work and fair prices.

My car was stolen and towed here. They tried to charge me well over twice the amount they were supposed to to retrieve my car. I actually called the cops on them to get the charges back to legal. They also stole my new tires and rims and replaced them with old ones. They refused to accept credit card although it was advertised that they accepted all major credit cards. I got robbed twice. Once by whoever stole my car and once by this con game.

Unfortunately I had to deal with this company after my car was stolen and recovered by the police. They are part of the rotation tow program with the City police, which means they get business from the city and are required to follow rules of the program.
I received a letter from the police notifying me that my car was at Americal and it stated precisely what Americal was allowed to charge me for tow and storage. However, Americal tried charging me more than double this allowable amount. When I showed them the letter I received from the police with the rates clearly spelled out, they said they were aware of the «ro-​tow» rates, but sorry, this is what we’re charging anyway. I had to spend a week talking to Consumer Affairs to get it resolved, eventually paying what I legally owed (the rates on sheet). Americal was rude, dishonest, and made a terrible situation even worse. The owner even called me pretending to be an attorney at one point.
I highly recommend not using them — ever, and honestly I hope their license gets revoked.
