I was a bit hesitant to place an order since it’s $ 2 for a ball but I’m a sucker for small crispy balls with fillings and the word mushroom ALWAYS gets to me. I tried: –Roasted Corn & Jalapeño w/Sharp Cheddar –OURFAMOUS Nutella –Mushroom Taleggio –Norma(Eggplant, Tomato, Basil, Ricotta Salata) –Spinach & Ricotta –Bianco Rosso Verde(Basil Pesto with Mozzarella & Cherry-Tomato Of these, I would rank the mushroom taleggio #1! But that’s because I love mushrooms. The mushroom taste was extremely strong so I highly recommend it to the mushrooms lovers out there. The spinach and ricotta probably came in second place — it was creamy and reminded me of spinach dip. As for the roasted corn and jalapeño with sharp cheddar — tasted like a deep fried mac and cheese ball. The Nutella ball was disappointing — I’m guessing there wasn’t enough nutella in the center; the cinnamon and sugar was dominant.

At the Union Square Holiday Market, Arancini Bros has a stall by the George Washington Statue where they sell 3 balls for $ 6. The Bianco Verde(Delicious Basil Pesto and mozzarella), The Schwartz(Breakfast deliciousness) were particularly good. Fast service and a great way to try a few different things on the cheap!

I had the pleasure of having Arancini Bros at Treasure Island Music Festival in SF. I didn’t realize they were all the way from New York – I’m SO glad they were at the festival! I visited their stand both days to snag some delicious risotto balls. Every variety of risotto ball I tried was excellent. My personal favorite was the Buffalo Ball, but literally every single option was delectable. I wish they had a location in CA that I could frequent!

Best Arancini I’ve tasted. Really happy with the service. Owner made the food really fast and it was fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend to go here.

As a kid I remember the rice balls my Grandfather would make, he would use actual sirloin steak instead of chopped meat. They were magic. These are not on that level but that’s a hard level to reach. I had the 6 pack to do a lil sample. My favorite was the classic Ragu which was ground beef, tomato sauce, peas and Mozz. Very good. The second best was the unconventional Buffalo which was a spicy chicken in buffalo sauce. Also had the Italian Mac and cheese and the Pesto, both were ok.

Yum yum yum! I ordered the Bianco Verde and Spinach with Ricotta. They didn’t have the Nutella balls which was a bummer but I figured I would try going again another time since they are located right next to penn station. The balls were just made so they were warm and cheesy. I really liked the spinach with ricotta the most. I also loved that when I bit into it, it didn’t ooze everywhere. I hate being messy while I eat so this was an easy finger food non messy option. I got my order really quick as well and the prices were not bad. I ordered 6 for $ 10. Definitely recommend because it’s different and easy to eat.

Everyday this week I’ve tried a new flavor, I have yet to be displeased. I now day dream about their philly cheese steak balls, patiently waiting till lunch time to run and get me a few. The portions are perfect, the flavors are diverse, and the price is nice. Flavorful but not overwhelming, there is bound to be a flavor you’ll want to try. So often I try rice balls and are upset by the meat to rice ratio, not with these guys. I can’t wait till tomorrow to get more!

Oh Arancini Bros, I wanted to love you so much after I saw you on Food Network years ago. I was walking through Broadway Bites and wanted to grab a quick snack before dinner since I was starving and stumbled upon this stand. All of the stands seemed pretty steep for prices– $ 4 for small tacos? $ 6 for half sandwiches? Then, I came across Arancini Bros for $ 5 per ball, and thought, oh perfect! Maybe it was because the balls were already sitting out, but the one I got was lukewarm… and I just imagined having one with steam pouring out as I bit into it. The risotto was good but the mac and cheese inside tasted«meh.» The cheese was slightly chunky, and the noodle was over cooked… idk, I’m not picky about mac and cheese(I like Kraft!), but I don’t like it when the cheese and noodle separate :( When I’m back in New York, I will 100% give you another shot. I’m not going to lose faith!

Amazing bites! Fave is the Reuben and Bianco Rosso Verde! The best finger food. Perfectly crispy on the outside and so soft it melts! Oh the flavor!

Arancini Bros. are bringing gourmet bites to the next level in NYC! I love the portion sizes– for the price point, it is a steal! The quality of the product is always fresh, there are over 50 flavors to taste, and the crew is amazing! Everything about Arancini Bros. is on point. My favorite flavors are as follows: * Bianco Verde — a basil pesto and mozzarella risotto ball * the new Pizzaball! Need I even go further? * Buffalo ball: Gorgonzola cheese and spicy buffalo chicken With every bite, you will find yourself in bliss between the decadently flavorful risotto, the perfectly light crunch of the exterior shell, and the amazing and punchy flavors of all of different types of Arancini. I love mixing and matching my «6-pack», an adorable biodegradable egg carton that makes snacking on the go so easy! Can’t wait to see where else Arancini Bros. pops up!

I really wanted to rate this a solid 4 but I just can’t. I came here Tuesday June 16 and all I have to say is whoever was working at around 6 o’clock was an absolute douche. I said hello and all I got was a death stare as if one customer was too much to handle. Then I simply asked«so which ones do u have today» and all I can hear under his breath was essentially shutup, read the sign, we have them all. Ok fine my bad for trying to start conversation while mind u NOBODY is behind me on this«line». I regrettably decided on 6 small ass arancini balls for $ 10 to take home for the fam to try. How were the arancini balls u ask? They were ok at best but the customer service was beyond bullshit. Gave the ten bucks to him, he threw the carton on counter, not a thank u, not a have a good day, no thank you for ur business even as I continued to try to b friendly. Walked away pissed off I even gave them business.

For those of you that don’t know what arancini is(I didn’t know at first), the restaurant’s website describes this little food phenomenon as «traditional street food in Sicily dating back to the tenth century… deep fried balls of risotto stuffed with various fillings.» Yummy. First, let me just rave about how amazing the Nutella flavored arancini is. Imagine a delicate sphere of risotto, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and coated with a light brush of cinnamon, encircling a delightful glob of warm Nutella. It is basically magic. My sister and I also tried their Ragu, Buffalo Balls, Philly Cheesesteak, Bianco Rosso Verde. Ragu and Buffalo Balls were my favorite. I think it was the Gorgonzola cheese in the Buffalo Balls arancini that add it amazing. The Philly Cheesesteak was a bit bland. Bianco Rosso Verde(pesto flavor) was quite good too. I went to this stand at Governors Ball, but I’m definitely going to be on the lookout for them around the city. So good.

Just had these Nutella rice balls after my sister raved about them. She had them last week during Madison sq eats and so we were back tonight for more! The owner was amazingly nice and accommodating. We waited Til we were leaving, which turned out to be 5 mins before closing time(eek!) but he was so awesome be offered to fry some more for us quickly since he only had a few left and we wanted to buy several more than what he had left. They’re amazing, warm little sweet balls of goodness! The outside is dusted with cinnamon sugar and when you bite into it the rice pudding/coconut taste hits you and then that yummy warm Nutella oozes out… ahhh Heaven! Ok so maybe I over did it buying half a dozen since I was already so full lol but they are so amazing and come in this cute egg carton looking container. He let us know where he will be this summer and we plan on following him all over NYC Can’t wait to try his other flavors!

Their best selling nutella one didnt do it for me and I couldnt put my finger on it. But when its cold and rainy in new york, these guys have you covered with the comfort food. Pesto ball is a standout

I stumbled upon this stand at the Broadway Bites by Urban Space area. The arancini were 3 for $ 5, freshly fried. — Crab cake: kind of disappointing; the sauce in the center totally reminded me of the McDonalds hot mustard, and there was minimal crab — Bianco verde: the pesto in the center was really fresh, but it could have used more mozzarella — Beet: very pretty and deep red, with walnuts and goat cheese oozing out of the center Definitely eat these while warm! Cash only.

The classic rice ball was fantastic! It’s like a round treasure chest full of awesome, but a tad steep at $ 5 a pop.
