The Walmart of AT&T. Unprofessional. Lady couldn’t fix an issue I was having trying to make a payment.

The worst customer service and rude employee(short spanish girl) She didn’t even look at you when she spoke to you and did not explain why she was doing what she was doing. I guess that’s what happens when you go to a store in the ghetto

No one asks you if you need help, and when you do actually need help, they don’t have a solution for you. Also, i have heard the employees shout across a store regarding a customer’s over due balance while the customer was in front of them. The customer service here is deplorable and they’re too concerned with personal conversations rather than assisting.

Wouldn’t answer phone. Quite ironic indeed. Needless to say they will not be receiving my business

I had a pretty awful weekend, so Sunday morning I decided to treat myself to the new iphone to cheer myself up(and because after I created a small explosion at work with my charger, I desperately needed one). I called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted in stock(they did, score!) and then headed over. When I got there, all the associates were helping other people, but I was immediately greeted and asked my name by a woman named Jonda. I walked around for a few minutes until my name was called and then sat down with Sinthia to get my order going. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire update process since I am the opposite of tech savy(excuse me, what is this«cloud» you’re speaking of?!) and showed me all the various accessories that were available. You guys, did you know there’s a case that can be submerged completely in water and the phone is FINE?! There were a few small glitches putting my order through so I got a chance to check out what the other customers were doing(so WHAT if I’m nosey?!) and everyone was actually smiling and chatting away. I think that is the first time I’ve ever been in a phone store where the customers were actually ALLHAPPY. All the customer service reps were so attentive, and were really listening to the custmers needs. I feel like usually when I go in a store, I get eye rolls and snickers because again… not tech savy(back what up now?!), but they were treating everyone with the utmost respect. Anyway, by the time my order went through, which really didn’t take that long at all, Sinthia and I seemed like old friends. I went next door to hang out while Jonda transferred my information from my old phone to my new phone, and she popped over to where I was with any questions. With customer service on the decline in so many places, it felt amazing to be treated so well, especially when I was having such a horrible weekend. I left with hugs and well wishes and a brand new grown up phone. Hopefully I won’t need a new phone anytime soon, but if I do, now I know where to go :)
