Sprint Store

When the store first opened up back in 2011 the manager will always tell employees to not to sell certain phones to certain customers because they was afraid of fraud. They act like they have super powers to read people minds to see if they would commit fraud. The manager and employees would smoke weed in the bathroom before they knocked that wall down. They were always cross the line when joking around and everything was a joke to them also they will fiend for commission instead of satisfying the customers. They are bunch of disrespectful no good no knowledge and ignorant people. so if you are a customer and you want to buy a phone and they tell you they don’t have any they are lying to you they don’t want you to commit fraud because they are afraid to lose commission you can report it to the human resource department no one can’t deny you of a cell phone sale. I used to work there and I regret it so much. Arch Telecom is a fraud. One of my friends wife went in there to get information about a new cell phone but she did not sign a contract or buy anything when she walk out the store and went to Queens Center Mall the employees in Queens Center Mall Sprint store said that she already have a new line my friend wife was pissed off because she never wanted a line from the Sprint store in Graham Avenue. They went behind her back and open a new line for commission what a fiend. Please stay away from that store.

Sprint stores are notoriously crappy but this one is great. The ladies are helpful and we were able to get our needs met in a timely fashion.

No. No. No!!!
No one greeted me when I came in and I know both employees saw me because they looked me dead in the eyes. The place was not even crowded and one employee appeared to be doing absolutely nothing (maybe this person was off the clock?). No one offered to help me for at least 10 minutes, and I was then told I would need to return another day. Overheard conversations (wasn’t even trying to eavesdrop; conversations were just that loud) that had absolutely nothing to do with phone service. The décor is really sad too– dirty carpet, run down furniture and missing displays.

No stars at all!!! But I gave it one because it was obligated. This is the worst of the worst sprint stores I’ve ever visited staff plays around too much also worry more about making a commission then about satisfying a customer plus have no knowledge of anything manager seems to know a lot but does not put in effort to give a f*** very disappointed with my visit and hopefully I’ll never step foot in this store again I’ll pay my damn bill online

if sprint home offices reads this please close this store it is making you look bad.

Although service was quick, I could not believe that these Sprint/​Boost mobile representatives are working under these conditions. They had two small fans circulating hot air. I was ready to die in there after 3 min. Will return, but just to pay my bill.
