We had been looking to change my phone service because we were not happy. We went into AT&T this past weekend attempting to find what we were looking for based on the promotions they have been advertising. We left without phones and with frustration. We were hard sold by a man who said he was a manager who decided to help us because we were stuck waiting. He was rude from the start and it only got worse as snide comments about our phones. our jobs and our credit continued. Be careful in this store and A T & T. Big old bait and switch! They lie and attempt to confuse you out of hundreds of dollars for set up. Double talk and aggressive sales tactics too. I feel sorry for the women who work here as this manager was obviously misogynistic as well. I was treated as an invisible being and insulted. Not good. Obviously we will not be customers.

My S4 is starting to flake out on me so I decided to go back to the Bay Ridge store where I bought it, to get a new phone. The crew that worked there at the time were so good that I not only bought a new phone but also a new Note 8 as well. I was kinda disappointed when I entered the store and found that the friendly staff was gone, replaced by two guys and a woman. I was approached by one of the guys who took my name(no problem) and my cell #(?) and said that someone would be with me soon. After about 5 min. the second guy came over to me and asked for my drivers lic.(??) I told him that my contract ended in July and that my phone was acting up so that even though I didn’t want to, I had to buy a phone. After 2 minuets of typing he tells me that a new phone would add $ 22.00 to my monthly bill. Really? I never told him what phone I wanted, if I wanted to change plans or add anything. How about explaining the Next program? Just it’s gonna be $ 22.00 more a month. I guess he saw that«Are you out of your freakin mind look on my face so he added, that’s for a 32 gig Samsung S6. Did I say that I wanted another Samsung? Anyway I told him that I didn’t want to pay any more than I was currently paying at which point he said, then you have to pay for the phone in full(which phone did I say I wanted?) and that will costs $ 699.00. I have been with AT&T since it was Cingular in 04 and since I was a customer of the store I was expecting just a tad more from this location, doesn’t anyone know how to sell a product anymore? Needless to say I walked and will try to buy online.

I went into this AT&T store to see if by any chance my account had an upgrade. I was greeted by one of the agents and he started looking into my account. Now, my particular line didn’t have an upgrade, but this gentleman mentioned that I could take the upgrade from another line. At this time I had an AT&T Next contract so I asked what would happen to my existing contract. He said«not to worry because the new contract would immediately dismiss the current one.» It sounded shady at first but I went ahead and upgraded my phone. I find out a month later that not only did this agent lie to me to get me to upgrade, but now I’m paying for two at&t next contracts. Went back to the store to get them to take responsibility for their lack of customer service, they said they couldn’t do anything. I’m disappointed at the lack of care and understanding from this at&t store. If you guys want a problem solved or to get a new phone, just be careful as to what they tell you. They could be potentially getting you into a worse deal.

where to even begin. there are a couple of people on staff who are actually genuinely helpful people so i dont mean to drag them down however the overall customer service at this location is some of the worst ive ever dealt with. they couldnt care less about anything i came to get their help with. even managers were not only not helpful but rude about it. i had an issue with a phone that was supposed to be in stock and them telling me one thing on the phone and another in person. i tried to address this concern with management and they just blew me off and told me to call. i explained that i did that already you told me to come in and another when i got here said what you said you had you hadn’t received in over a week and i was lied to. then the manager said yeah that happens oh well and just walked away from me. more times than not ive been made to feel belittled and straight up disrespected at this place. i spoke to corporate as well about this who were also terrible about handling anything. one of the worst companies in general. they just dont care about their customers anymore.

As a long time AT&T customer, I have stopped in many locations for questions, quick charges, learn about new devices. And I have upgraded in-store as well. I did my most recent upgrades here, and was really impressed by the professionalism of the person I worked with, Eugene. I have since recommended several people to him, all of whom were equally appreciative of the level of service he offers.

I’ve visited this AT&T store countless times to make purchases and pay my bills, and each time, the customer service has been relatively great; not above par or standards, but well enough to make an impact. The workers always greet you with a smile in a professional manner, ask if they can be of assistance, and introduce you to whomever is to be of service to you. What more could you want from a store that sells mobile devices? These people are here to help you pick out a phone and a plan to go along with it, not shower you in love, roses, chocolates, and Shiatsu massages.

This AT&T store is terrible on customer service AFTER you have made your purchase. I was the only customer in the store, and none of the 5AT&T representatives would give me eye contact. When I asked one of the representatives for help, his response was, «Isn’t someone else helping you»? These guys are useless!

Piece of shit place! The guy told me the camera quality of a phone was no different from my previous phone and I got the phone. I put all my things on the phone and the camera quality was fuzzy and unclear. I hate this place. They were very unhelpful.

Bought an iPhone 4 for my wife today, Gentleman named John helped me and was very professional and fast. He knew that i knew what i wanted and did not go through the whole salesman pitch or try to haggle me. Asked about the extended warranty and when i said no he knew not to keep going on with it. Great variety of phones at this store, shop with confidence.
