So where do I begin… headphones jack up… xbox jacks up… now my fone… guess I was born with bad luck :-/…definitely was a software issue because my fone would start up… go to the Samsung screen… then restart. .over and over again… couldn’t have been a battery because when it does decide to work… its on all day… so I go to this sprint store and explain my situation. …I spoke to corporate earlier that day and got an unclear answer as to what will be done… Now im an assistant manager at a retail store and must always maintain contact with my DM… I was taken care of by a guy named JUAN… he was very understanding of my situation and took real good care of me… not only is he real down to Earth, but he’s really friendly and tries help you out to the best of his ability… 5 stars for excellence in customer satisfaction! !!!

Not very organized. Wait time long for simple services. Staff hanging around & don’t seem to want to help

After trying to put in several complaints and getting nowhere fast, I’m writing a review. So my boyfriend and i go in because he’s interested in the 50 dollar plan with no contract. His contract just ended with them and since he needs his phone immediately for work, we had no time to waste getting him a new plan with a new carrier, plus he’d have to buy a new phone and didn’t want to waste any more money. I told him to wait a few days and go through virgin but he insisted. Well somehow the sales assistant convinced him that he could get a new phone by signing up for the contract, and then sprint could roll him over to the no contract plan the following month. Kind of a loophole he said. It felt weird but it seemed like a good plan? Turns out he simply, flat out lied. My boyfriend paid for a new iphone, and has a contract that cost him $ 128.00 a month. That’s after all the fees, taxes, and whatever else they decide to tack on. I’m upset that they lied to him and now he’s stuck. I know it looks like we just didn’t know what we were doing, but we didn’t! They saw us as targets and we shouldn’t have been taken advantage of like that. We’re saving money to cancel the contract and even though they have a stupid policy of refusing to unlock phones that you OWN, I’m going to find a way.

The service sucks big time. No lines and i still had to wait. Went to sprint to see if my phone was compatible with their service. This should only take 2 mins but ended up Wasting 20 mins to find out it wasn’t compatible. I also found out that my sis had major problems there too. My sis went in for an upgrade but ended up paying full price for the phone. When she went back to sort it out, 3 ppl gave her different answers but none was able to help her fix it so she had to pay the full price of the phone with no upgrade. She went back 3 times after becos the phone had problems and needed to it to be replaced but they gave the new phones had problems too. They offered her a memory card for free but got charged late fees cos they never credit her back the memory card that they charged. When she spoke to the manager about this she said they couldnt waive the late charges since its my sis fault for not paying the bill. Not only was the managers attitude bad and unprofessional, but my sister had to yell inorder to get the late fees waived. Dont go there unless u have a lot of time to waste and dont expect anything to get done.

Slowest service on line for a rep on Sunday afternoon. You have to sign your name and then wait to be called. I never heard of this before, who pays for service and when need help, you have to wait 3 hours for someone to assist you. Thanks but I’ll visit the one at corner of 19th ave and 86th street. The guy there was literally waiting for a customer and I got effective service and help.

When I first called no one was available and the message said to make an appointment online. That would be great if the sprint website actually made it possible to do that, but it doesn’t even list this location. , get your act together for Brooklyn customers! But I called right back & got a representative who was very helpful & told me what hours the technician is in. I went down there & they figured out the problem. Just be sure to check in with the employee near the door, kind of like taking a number.
