I used to be very happy with this company but i’m not sure what went wrong. They’re missing a lot of appointments with my tenants and follow up is terrible. I manage a ton of buildings where tenant’s always need an appliance serviced so I thought they would be glad for the business I provide them. Unfortunately, actions speak louder than words and they’re pretty much telling me to take my business elsewhere which i’ll do! I should mention that Martin is the only reason I still do business with this company.
