This place is the worst I ordered furniture and it had scratches all over it and they wouldn’t take it back they said they would send someone to come fix the scratches that never happened and the delivery guys had no idea how to build the furniture I had to show them how to put it together they broke the first screw they tried to screw in what a joke and there prices are out ragous I will never shop there again

First let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves 10 stars. I was shopping around for furniture for my first child and was close to purchasing from another store when a friend mentioned I should check out baby central. I went to the store which is large and has tons of stuff on display– a huge plus since all the other stores I went to expect you to order from catalogs or photos online. I was able to actually see the furniture I had my heart set on and fell in love with it even more. I worked with Mikey and he really knew everything about everything. He was extremely fair with his prices and beat out the store where I had my previous lowest price. I ended up getting everything A to Z from baby central and could not be happier. The customer service really pushed this experience over the top. Mikey constantly checked in with me letting me know when the furniture arrived and setting up the delivery and assembly. He even made two deliveries to meet my needs and let me have the stuff I needed right away and then a second delivery for stuff I needed later on. I can’t say enough about this place and the people who run it. I don’t think the reviews below are accurate AT ALL as I am a tough person to please. I will send all my friends and family to baby central and will be shopping here for all my future needs. THANK YOU BABY CENTRAL!

The sales people are disgusting there. i went in today to pick up stroller and they could not find me in there system after i put down a $ 500 deposit. I was told to come back in a week when the owner would return from vacation. About 30 to 20 min later i get a call from them saying to come back and they found me in the system what they found is that they lost an almost $ 1400 sale. good for them I bought my stroller else where and am not going to return there.

Don’t even bother shopping here. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to Baby Central for the Uppababy G Lite Stroller only to be met by a rude older sales woman who didn’t want to bother helping me. She explained that the G Lite wasn’t on display, she wouldn’t open one up for me to test and that she wasn’t going to check the price unless I really wanted it. Hello — why would I come there if I didn’t really want it??? I could see not opening a box for me but to not even bother getting me the price? That’s just ridiculous — I’ve never been treated so rudely in my entire life. No wonder the place was completely empty — hopefully others will have the common sense not to come here. Don’t waste your time coming this place.
