terrible experience for my wife and i (no less on christmas day). the west indian prick behind the counter is very offensive and not professional at all… not only is the food bad, the services is truly garbage!
does anyone know the owner of this dump? i would like to make a direct complaint about his employees behind the counter! HE NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE!

I had such a poor experience with the staff there — this west indian fellow with a sharp nose… what a prick. Yelled at me while I’m trying to order around a food allergy. Too bad because I like the owner but I’m still so appalled at the experience (from the summer, 4 months ago) I have to get this off my chest. Just because you get busy doesn’t mean you can lose your cool and treat the customer poorly.

This place has great service the guy behind the counter will chat with you tell you stories about what’s going on, fun guy. The food here is okay nothing special. I choose this place cause the great service.

This place seems promising. but we ordered 2 bagels one w cream cheese and Bacon and one scooped w cream cheese and two coffees. It took 1 hour & 15 minutes to get to us and the scooped bagel was frozen and barely toasted. I never understand places that toast it half ass. Last I checked toasted was toasted not half raw. I can’t.

I found this place from Unilocal,and decided to give it a try since it is in a walkable distance away from my home. I ordered a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese for $ 3. The strawberry cream cheese tastes like strawberry whip cream, with little taste of cheese. The blueberry bagel is pretty good. I’m not going to return because I like cream cheese a lot and this disappointed me. The guys who serve are friendly though!

Excellent bagels, some of the best in Brooklyn usually. Get there a little after 7am and they’ll be hot out of the oven. Try a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese! Nice guys behind the counter as well. Watch for meter maids on 13^th ave!

The Blueberry bagel…
Toasted with strawberry cream cheese …
To die for! I’ve had other blueberry bagels but none can compare!!! (I’ll update this review if I ever find a better place)
Now it you’re a fan of strawberry bagels… I like Bagel Schmagel in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn NY
I never want to eat another plain bagel or cinnamon raisin bagel again after my first Bagelicious’s blueberry bagel!
Not your typical bagel shop, it’s within a deli. Anyways customer service is always great and they are friendly, maybe too friendly but I don’t care I love the bagels!

This is the best bagel place in brooklyn, period.
I love their egg & cheese bagel. It’s amazing.
I guess i have their bagels at least 5 times in a week.
Lately their night shift has terrible service. I would suggest to try it in the morning :)

Guy behind the counter was very nice. Iced coffee was great and decently priced. Ordered a poppy seed bagel with cream cheese and lox. Lox tasted fresh although half of the bagel was missing cream cheese.
Cinnamon raisin bagel tasted stale. Also, ordered a small side of the macaroni salad and the container was only ½ full. I could literally count the number of elbow macaroni in the container.
Its close to my apartment so I will probably return but probably just for the iced coffee.
