Had the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was delicious! Plus the fries and onion rings combo was not a bad choice either.

We love love bare burgers. We recently moved to South FL and we have nothing like this here. I will really miss it especially their special sauce! :(

Heard a lot of hype about this place so my expectations were really high. This place definitely lives up to it. The menu is so awesome, crazy amount of options for custom burger. Everything is really fresh and delicious. The burgers were cooked juicy and flavorful. Buns are soft and chewy. And I really liked a lot of their dipping sauces. Great service, great food, awesome place, highly recommended

I went here for a quick lunch about 3pm last Thursday. My friend and I walked in, made eye contact with the server, but she passed us without saying a word. So we walked to the back counter, assuming it was take out only. After ordering with the cashier, he directed us to have a seat. OK np. My experience after that was ok. The food is great. The service could be better.

Me and a good friend had always wanted to try this place and when I saw the groupon online it was finally the push we needed to go. We went on a Tuesday night and it was not too crowded and the service was good. I ordered the Bison and she ordered the ostrich burger and the food was good. My was expensive, but I would go back with another groupon.

I’m writing this review with one hand because the other is helping me scarf down this Blue Elk burger. I got delivery and everything is as CRISP as if I went into the kitchen. As CRISP as these beautifully crunchy well seasoned onion rings. As CRISP and these chickpea onions(gluten free option for frizzled onions, who knew). The raspberry chocolate shake is also meeting and exceeding all expectations

Stopped in with family to avoid the crowd on Court. The seating is pretty limited but the staff was great about helping us avoid the cold for 15 mins(The expected time was 20). We were offered drinks and apps while waiting about 20 mins for everything to come out. Kudos and an extra star for bringing the child’s plate out in 10! The food and drinks were excellent. One fry order kept 2 of us happy. 3 veg burger options as well as a multiude of add-ons guaranteeing that you won’t become bored when visiting. Note* I checked that there weren’t any dessert options. Apparently I lied. Yep, I sure did. There is a separate menu so be sure to ask about it. *

Fantastic choice of many burgers and fixins they even have a collard green wrap instead of a bun! The place is super cute inside. The staff is helpful and super friendly. They have a good selection of beer and wine and hard ciders. Great food and atmosphere.

Had a really bad delivery experience with them. First of all, it takes at least an hour for them to make and deliver your food in general. Know that going in. Or if you’re really lucky, they will just never deliver your food, as was our experience tonight. After waiting an hour and a half, we called and they said the order just never got put it. Never put in? Really? Wow. The food here is alright, but nothing really special. Everything costs a fortune. There are far better burgers out there folks that don’t cost you an arm and a leg. They have tweaked their menu a few times and taken items off which they shouldn’t have and added items that are lackluster. So if you would like to pay $ 15 for a very average burger, by all means, go here. Shame on us for trying this place again after having a not greta delivery experience, but rest assured we will NEVER be going back.

Great staff that all worked well together. You really get the sense that people enjoy working here which means a lot. My «Supreme» burger was delicious and served with a few amazing onion rings. Totally satisfied.

Can’t complaint about this place. Burgers are delish and you can create your own. Beer is good and service is good. Order the chicken fingers. It also Get’s packed at night but they don’t keep you waiting long. I recommend this place.

Food: 5⁄5 Service: 4⁄5 Cleanliness: 5⁄5 Décor & Style: 5⁄5 5⁄5 for originality. Love trying elk and bison burgers. It’s tasty and a great place to grab lunch or dinner any time. Garage doors are open in the warm seasons which makes it very inviting. Love the décor. Has funny decorations and a slight modern look at the same time. Very unique!

My friend lives down the block from this place, so we decided to get dinner here one night when craving burgers. I had never gone to this Bareburger location; having only gone to the one in Long Island City. It is a cute restaurant, we sat in front of a little pinecone bear figurine. They have little bears all over the store, wooden carvings, lights made of forks, bottles hanging from the ceiling, and cutlery as well. We got a basket of fries to split, the sauces that came with it were pretty good, chipotle mayo and what tasted like ketchup but better. The fries were really hot! To the touch and hot on the tongue. I ordered a SoCal burger, which is turkey and alfalfa, with guacamole, red onions, and pepper jack on a sprout bun. My friend got a bison burger with bacon and cheddar, our other friend got the standard burger. He also ordered a Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake, which was quite disgusting. There wasn’t any milk in the milkshake!!! It was really thick and hard to drink(eat). The burgers were really big, obviously had a funny look on my face eating alfalfa sprouts. Overall, it’s an average burger. My friend ended up paying $ 17 because he added bacon and cheese! Overpriced, but I do love the whole GMO free all natural diet so we’re paying for quality I guess.

Bareburger is a chain of exotic burgers in NYC(most are in Manhattan but two are in Brooklyn). And by exotic I mean, like you’ll be eating elk and bison burgers. I think I had ostrich once, but not at this location or this season… haha. Yes, they are organic and free range(imagine farming ostrich). Anyhow, I went with the County Fair(bison burger with basic toppings like lettuce, cheese, onion, pickles, etc.) and it was great. The toppings were fresh and the bison was yummy. Obviously have to get burgers with fries right, so headed for the large serving of fries and onion rings. Pretty standard, not outstanding. Service was also great — this Bareburger location is pretty small, but didn’t mind as we were seated immediately. I think at other locations, you can choose your toppings and create your own burger or they give you a set of toppings and you pick the meat, but maybe they changed the menu.

Been here a few times and each visit I’ve had great food and service. My favorite burger is the Supreme(country bacon, special sauce) and smushed french fries between the patty and bun! I get this every time I come to B.Burger. One time I had the pleasure of tasting these tiny sweet potato poppers, or croquettes, not sure what they’re called on the menu, but man, oh man, were they good! Another thing I love about this place are the dipping sauces, all of them are tasty. They also serve huge glasses of beer that I often have to think whether or not I can finish it. I can see why some people may be annoyed with the amount of children dining in the restaurant, but luckily I haven’t experience that during my visits. Both times I’ve gone for dinner around 7 and 8pm during the week and it wasn’t crowded or loud. Staff is friendly and attentive. Our server, David, was very nice and helpful in recommending items on the menu. One tip: Don’t go overboard like me and order the onion rings/fries basket. My friend and I ordered this and weren’t able to finish it since our burgers came with two onion rings.

I enjoy the fact that you get to pick your own meat: from bison to elk to duck to turkey and more! the burgers were a bit messy, but delicious nonetheless. Will be returning to try more!

Incroyable ! Du choix pour les vegans comme pour les omnivores. Un cheddar vegan a tomber par terre, tellement que j’ai dû vérifié qu’il était bien végétalien ! Un accueil sans plus mais la cuisine rattrape ça !

Let me preface this with this location of Bareburger is very kid friendly with the Disney channel on on the weekends and has tons of toddlers and kids running about. The maître d’ was all over the place. I understand you want to help and make the operations run a little smoother, but if you can’t even keep an eye on the door while doing that you shouldn’t be helping out if you can’t do your job right. When the hubster and I walked in we didn’t know if the door we entered was the front or back since everyone working and the registers were in the back. There was no place to wait by the front door so we headed to the back near the counter and after standing there and staring at every worker there the maître d’ finally made herself apparent and waved us back to the front to tell us we had to wait. When I asked where was the best place to wait since the restaurant was so tight she just said anywhere as long as she can find us… So we headed back to the back of the restaurant since it was super sunny outside. There are only two bar seats and the rest are a mixture of booths, tables, and high top tables and stools. One bathroom, clean, but always busy. We ordered the Blue Elk, El Matador, fries and rings, mandarin orange soda, and a strawberry lemonade. Both smaller burgers than what you normally see at a burger joint, but very gourmet and tall if that’s the term to use. The rings were great while the fries could be crispier. The dipping sauces were forgettable and the drinks were gourmet as well, fancy, refreshing, made in house. The flavors of the burgers were great, the meat was cooked perfectly, bison and elk both in taste and texture seemed just like beef and I could probably eat two burgers in one sitting if they weren’t $ 10+ each with no side or drink. Groupon came to save some of the bill! This would have been 3 stars but I was unhappy with how the maître d’ handled her job because she’s the first impression I get of the establishment and first impressions are the most important. I would definitely eat at a Bareburger again just not at this location.

I had a groupon, so I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Hudson salad(their cobb salad) with a wild boar patty. It seemed perfect. I am a huge fan of cobb salads. I was excited when the salad came too. Two fried eggs on it! Yet…it fell flat. There was no salt on the eggs. There was way too much bland soggy dressing, it contributed nothing to the salad, I ended up with a big pool of inedible bland-dressing-saturated soggy lettuce leaves at the bottom of the bowl. The wild boar patty was very good, but overall the salad was bland and tasted more like ingredients tossed into a bowl than a salad.

Tip#1: Get the Groupon deal! I purchased a groupon deal for $ 12 that offered $ 20 off your total bill. Came here on a Friday night, since the weather had the perfect summer breeze we decided to sit outside. The menu can be intimidating because there are so many options and variations to customize your meal. Tip#2: Add something different to your meal! I ordered the Veggie burger(forgot what the exact name is). Veggie burgers are always delicious to me and super-filling! I love the extreme loaded amount of guac that was given in my burger. Tip #3: share the sides instead of ordering personal sides. They had sides like fries, onion rings, etc… You can get it with your burger or order it as an appetizer. We ordered it as an appetizer and it way more than enough. I also love the sauces that comes with it. The ketchup definitely has local and healthy taste to it! After my meal, I felt the perfect contentedness of being full but not the kind of full that would make you just want to lay down and netflix the night. Service was superb too.

I went to the Bareburger in Astoria a few years ago and really liked it… so I’ve been wanting to get to the one in Park Slope and finally got there today!!! I was scared that it was going to be crowded(schools were off today), but it wasn’t. They were busy, but we were able to get a table right away. The wait staff was very friendly. We placed our order and it came out VERY fast!!! I got the Caesar Salad — pretty good, my one son got a bacon cheeseburger(he loved it), and the other got a hot dog(didn’t like it, but in Bareburger’s defense, they serve«healthy» organic hot-dogs, and we’re kinda used to the not-so healthy, but extremely tasty Nathan’s). We also got the onion rings/french fries combo — Delish! The kids meals come with little apple slices which is nice. All in all, we definitely will be returning! Fabulous food and service! The only downside is the parking!!! It took FOREVER to find a spot — -but that’s Park Slope for ya!
